I had an incredibly bad experience ordering Five Guys via Uber Eats. The delivery was surprisingly fast, but unfortunately the food quality was shocking.
My colleagues and I were really disappointed when the burgers arrived. The buns were completely soggy, the cheese was melted and smeared all over the burgers, and the patties were cold and greasy — honestly, they tasted like they were old or reheated leftovers. The whole burger was soaked in a watery, runny sauce which made everything even worse.
I raised my concerns with Uber Eats support, and their response was to offer £1.29 credit to my Uber Eats account. That felt like an insult considering the condition of the food.
It’s such a shame that a well-known brand like Five Guys seems to be ignoring basic quality standards. I’m sadly and genuinely disappointed, and I won’t be ordering again.
