Really easy to put together ,took about 5 minutes that was with the optional glue , definitely a better experience than the put together cabinets of old .
The hangers I did have problems with the adjustment which you use a positive screwdriver to adjust but managed in the end.
The end result looks good

Unfortunately experienced to many delays with deliveries.

My experience with staff top notch couldn’t be more helpful calling back when promised.

Haven’t as yet opened packaging as need to transport to the job so unable to comment on product quality

Initially had 3 door samples, arrived quickly. Then had a complete shaker style kitchen. It’s brilliant, really sturdy and simple to put together.
Customer service is also brilliant. I had one item on back order (only a few extra days waiting) they informed me of this. When I didn’t need something they were happy enough to sort out a return.
Other family members have used them with different kitchens and have experienced the same great experience.

The sample door I ordered is lovely the colour just perfect, It was also delivered super quick.

Horrible experience with the company unfortunately, I used them because I liked the Clikbox cabinets but I advise potential customers to use one of the many other websites that offer the brand.

Initial order was incomplete and half of the doors were drilled in the incorrect position or not drilled at all.

The initial response from customer service was good when dealing with sales person 'K' and they looked to replace the doors, which I received and were fine, the problem came when dealing with the general manager 'S' about replacement draws. I initially went along with supplying all the images I could to give them an understanding of how the draws were drilled wrong. There weren't just a little wrong, they were a lot wrong making it impossible to fit to the £1000 draws I just brought.

They told me they couldn't send out new draw fronts with pilot holes but blank, after a little arguing they finally agreed to send out new drawer fronts with pilot holes. Again, same problem, I supplied photos showing that the holes we wrong by 4mm each side leaving an 8mm error and again making it impossible to fit to the drawers, they told me repeatedly I was wrong and there is nothing wrong with draws. They also said I am able to adjust the draws left to right to compensate, this wasn't true, the wheel on the side only adjusts up and down and not left to right, hence why the holes should be perfect.

They basically tried to make out I was lying or I wasn't competent enough to fit them.

Horrible customer service considering I spent £2500 with them. AVOID.

I have already told you that the cabinets are built into the kitchen structure and would be impossible to remove without breaking. The was done after being promised I would receive correct drawers. Asked for a discount for the drawers which was refused. Still don’t have suitable drawer fronts.

Don't usually write reviews but here goes. Ordered 15 kitchen units all arrived when expected. Very good quality , even down to the screws and fittings. Had one issue which was quickly sorted. Definitely as good as the big high street brands if not better. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a wall unit just to test their service and quality. Five stars all round. Will be ordering a full kitchen very soon.

Mixed. Flat Pack Kitchens very helpful and quick turnaround. DX delivery service not great - waited in all day 8pm to 7pm and they didnt turn up - tracking claimed "no access" at delivery address. Utter nonsense as someone in all day. Finally delivered 2 days later.

I ordered doors for the kitchen. They arrived exactly on the date they said they would so I was in and waiting. It took time as it was over the Xmas period. But I am pleased with the quality of the product. One thing is that after ordering them and getting my receipt I heard nothing more although they did say in the documentation that if there was a change to the delivery date they would contact me. It would be good it they would also mail me to indicate that all was ok the delivery would be on time.

quality of product was surprisingly very good in relation to some other flat pack kitchen suppliers. quick and easy to assemble the units, with no fuss instructions. overall , faultless.

I'm actually using them for a van build.

Ordered a 600 cms base unit without a door. Delivery was quick and the quality of the unit is excellent and true to size. It was a perfect fit between other units replacing a built under fridge. Would definitely use again.
