Cabinet arrived when promised
Cabinet arrived when promised, but I ordered white and received grey, in my installation this didn't matter. Very easy to assemble but would benefit from glueing the joints.Concealed hanging brackets nice touch but not easy to adjust and the blanking plates to small

I haven't made the unit yet but it turned up as promised. The driver wouldn't bring it to the door of my apartment. This is due to COVID19 so it was difficult for me to get it into my flat as it was.too heavy for me to pick up. However, I opened the package downstairs and carried it up one piece at a time.

Best customer service ever, fabulous product and customer service
Best customer service ever. Our larder unit broken (it was massive so happened in transit). They dispatched another that arrived within the week. Quality amazing very high spec and so easy to put together, hubby and 15 year old daughter did it without any arguing lol!!!! So pleased we ordered from them as I love my new kitchen.

I would have given this 5 stars but…
I would have given this 5 stars because the pricing was excellent, the ordering process was faultless, delivery was exactly when it was promised and the packaging was excellent. The problem is with the "ClicBox" system. Nothing clicked, the joints were weak and unstable. Once I'd figured this out I realised the only way to make these units strong and stable was to glue and clamp the joints.
Once assembled, these units look fantastic.
