I have been using Flavor Vapour for 6 years now and really rate them. My orders have been delivered accurately and promptly. On the rare occasion that I have need to speak with them (mainly because I have a question or I have mucked up my own order) the help and service I have received from Shane has been exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I turned up a few minutes before opening and was greeted with a smile and I had what I needed within 15 minutes and chosen the right vape and selected juices the lady who served me had the right advice for me, she even let me try her vape wich was properly done with out cross contamination. A great place to shop would highly recommend, plus had discount for me working at biffa, all round great service, plus the tiny but mighty dog who guards the place didn't eat me.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered my favourite juices but some of them were correctly labelled but filled with a wrong flavour. Two minutes phone call and everything was sorted. The gentleman on the phone not only apologised, but sent me a replacement with next day delivery. Epic experience and brilliant shop! Thank you.
