Rhys was awesome to deal with once again. This is the second time I have used him and Fleet choice and I mucked him around a bit due to the covid-19 going on. Not once did he waiver and not once did he question if I was serious or not. He just did everything I asked no questions. He even searched for a car in NSW after there were none left in QLD. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Well done and keep it up.

The team at FleetChoice made the transition from one lease to the next a smooth and painless experience. The local office provided advice via email and verbally and all communications were timely and accurate. I also felt supported as I negotiated trade and new car price with a local car dealership, and once the figures were agreed, the FleetChoice team took over and made it all happen. The only delay was getting confirmation from the bank, but EOFY and Covid-19 were undoubtedly factors.

To be honest I would’ve given you five stars because dealing with Rauri D Was a pleasure but I still have not received my stamp duty and registration payment so I had to pay it myself out of my credit card and it’s been over a week And I’m still waiting , I’ll obviously a an interest fee which will not be much but still that’s not the point
