Having had previous novated leases but never dealt with a fleet company, I can not speak highly enough about the service and experience I had with Tom. He was quick to answer questions, spoke knowledgably and made a complex process effortless and pain free.

He also ensured that all parties delivered everything on time despite pending shut downs due to Covid 19. If there was a 6 star award, I would be nominating him for one!

Fleet Choice did an great job of organising my vehicle, they kept me informed throughout the ordering process of the car and ensured everything was setup and ready.

Took a long time to happen.
This could of been because Fleet choice was taking over an existing financier. Was kept up to date with things most days, however as the process took so long, new payout figures had to be requested. Cameron did take over the process and contacted the other financier on my behalf to remove the constant back and forth

Very responsive and kept me up to date with progress on the car delivery. However that were some part of my request missing when I received the car, e.g. rubber mats, vehicle recorder. These items has been delivered separately

I have been an existing customer. I have found the service provided by FleetChoice to be of a high standard. The systems they have in place make it easy to track expenditure and if something needed to be paid there was never an issue. When the end of contract was nearing and enquiry was made for advice and this has lead to a new contract and new vehicle. The transition was pain free.
