Potential buyers
Potential buyers, beware! I ordered two items from Flexgun: a Flexgun Mini (a compact massage gun for neck and muscle recovery) and a Flex Stretcher (a neck and shoulder stretcher) for $184.50. My items never arrived. The tracking number they provided showed that my order was never picked up by Australia Post. I attempted to contact them twice via email but received no response. The fact that they only provided an email address as a point of contact is dodgy in itself. I bought the items on impulse because I was suffering from a sore neck and did not do my research properly. Seeing that there were many positive reviews on their site, I went ahead with the purchase, but now I doubt those reviews are real. I am sharing my experience so others do not fall into the same trap. I am now having to file a dispute through my bank.
