Excellent overall! We had a good idea of what we wanted to do but we had good advice on certain options. I did go back and forth alot and they were great at helping and being patient. Catrina Johnson and Emma Warner in Kingston were both very helpful and attentive and quick to respond before and on trip.

The service I have received from Chris has been excellent!! Patient and always finds the time to answer my questions!! Thank you

This trip had been a long time coming - Catrina at flight centre first helped with my enquiry back in 2024, and we finally booked this year! We were travelling all the way round the world to a remote island in the south pacific and she handled all the aspects of our experience with rigour and efficiency - not to mention patience when we ended up having to delay it on multiple occasions! We're so glad we booked with her - the flights were seemless, hotel recommendations just what we needed and attention to details around travelling long-haul with small kids unparalleled! We have been into Flight Centre Kingston upon Thames before and had great service so we decided to yet again return today. We dealt with Chris who was helpful and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for us.

Emma remembered to email once the flights to Melbourne opened up, she was very helpful in wanting to give me options, i proffered to chat face to face and she was very helpful.

Emma was amazing and very patient in finding the correct flights & hotel package for my trip in October to Maldives, Sri Lanka, Australia & Hong Kong.

Catrina did a fantastic job booking myself, husband and brother in law a once in a life time holiday in California last October. Her attention to detail, her kindness and empathy was second to none. We can’t wait to book another holiday with Catrina! She made things so easy for us especially when we had some personal circumstances to deal with at the same time!

We'd normally do our own thing on trips abroad but are so pleased we went on an organised trip to Vietnam. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it.
