Looking to book Flights to Australia, without making an appointment, I called by the Flight Center located Monument London. I was greeted by a delightful travel agent Saleha Begum who from the onset made me feel very welcome, comfortable offering refreshment. Saleha took time to listen to gain insight to my plans to ensure she had all the details before checking options for travel. Although nothing was booked at that time, I left with held options to consider. Salehas follow on business was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for her to investigate alternative options, pose questions, confirm areas, all to ensure that the best possible arrangements for a family trip to Australia was met. Saleha made the whole booking process and experience very easy never feeling pressurised. Within days the whole itinerary dates had been changed steered by Salehas advice and guidance and flights fully booked and paid for. Professional and delightful Saleha Begum is a credit to your company. I will definately book future air travel with your company and highly recommend for viewers

the customer service of Saleha Begum was spot on.
the british airways website was showing different prices for the same flight and Saleha had the patience to find the best deal. since the difference was about £700 it made a lot of difference.

The agent I dealt, Saleha Begum, with was very good, happy to answer all, and there was a lot, of my questions before I booked.
She helped me deal with a payment issue that occurred.
Wasn’t pushy and waited until I was ready to book, even finding me a cheaper flight that originally sent to me.

We have not yet under taken our journey to NZ. However, we have been dealing with Saleha Begum. We have found her excellent in every respect. She is polite, extremely helpful and very quick responding in any contact we have made.

We had planned to take a city-break from the UK to Palma, but for family-reasons had to cancel and fly back to our family in Australia.

Carol (Parra) organised our flights, a brief stay on the way over in Singapore with a brilliant food tour, airport collection and drop off! She really listened carefully to what we liked and what we felt we needed from this trip, and she made a stressful trip so much less stressful. THANK YOU!

She booked us the most amazing hotel (the Oasia Downtown) - again because she listened to the sorts of things we liked and had knowledge that we didn't have about places that might meet those requirements. It sounds a bit grand to say Carol will on speed dial for all further bookings, but next we are flying home, we will definitely book with a stay-on-the-way and she will see what other amazing options she can come up with.

Jamie was amazing from the start he got up out of his chair and gave us a warm welcome at this point we knew we would be booking 5 star for first impressions. He quickly gave a use a few options we liked and with his knowledge of our destination gave us some good tips found us a good hotel by the airport as well

This is the second time I have booked with Flight Centre. We went on our first trip in February 2025 a special trip to celebrate a 50th birthday, Becky the lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and patient in helping make every detail perfect, we travelled and stayed at 4 different counties. Singapore, Bali, Aus and Dubai. The trip had been planned 9 months ahead. However once in Sydney Cyclone Alfred decided to visit and we were unable to continue travelling on our original itinerary, however after 48hrs we had a new itinerary and hotels travelling South. WOW this was an amazing adventure that we had not planned and everything was seamless. The benefits for us booking this trip with Flight Centre was we didn’t have the worry or stress they took care of everything and kept in constant contact. They really do care about their clients and it showed. We have booked to travel to Vietnam in 2026 and I already know I won’t have to worry should there be any last minute hiccups. This allows us to concentrate on making our happy memories. On both occasions I have been able to say what type of accommodation we would like and when I’m looking to travel and they have provided us with great itineraries that we have tweak together. Thank you flight centre for taking care of us but most of all thank you to Becky McNutt you are the best!

I had to book flights to Sydney to get home for a family event. I had an idea of airline, route and class to travel. I ended up going in more class than I planned to, Jamie Burke was awesome, he helped so much in getting great prices and making sure it was all secured, took the stress right out of it. Top guy!
