I recently booked with a lovely lady called Jodie Gravett from the St Albans branch.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the destination I wanted to visit helping me with all the queries I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she really went above and beyond and I truly believe she is an asset to the company . Thank you Jodie for providing me with such reassurance and kindness and support.

Shell especially but also her colleagues were great. Efficient, clear in explaining things, patient at exploring options and very thorough.

Jodie was absolutely fantastic as usual. She responded quickly when I emailed her from Bali about a problem we were experiencing with our room following the heavy rains and flooding, and the lack of proactive soluation by the villa staff. She contacted the hotel and the problem was resolved immediately. Thank you again Jodie for your brilliant service as usual.

We have been using flight centre for over 5 years for both business and family travel. This year we went to Thailand, Koh Samui with flight centre. In short they were brilliant. The travel agents in our local store know our preferences, dietary requirements for the flights, our preferred airport to travel from, they helped us choose accommodation that perfectly fitted our preferences... With a beautiful beach resort and adjoining villas for us and the kids in traditional Thai style. Little things like Airport transfers included make a difference and knowing we can call them 24hrs a day if we have any bumps along the way. While it might sound a bit cliche, When we travel with flight centre we know we are in safe hands and can really trust them to help us have the best trip! thank you flight centre. Another fantastic holiday!

Kat was excellent, she listened carefully to what we wanted and she was able to create an itinerary that suited us perfectly. The airline and the hotel were a great fit in a country that we didn't know, we'd definitely book through Flight Centre again as their knowledge was brilliant.

This was my first time booking with the Flight Centre. I had a brilliant experience booking with Shell who made me feel very welcomed and whose guidance with booking my first solo trip to SE Asia was superb. Really pleased with the service that was provided and the outcome of my booking :)

Jodie always listens to what we want out of a family holiday and delivers. Being a single mum with two teens means a lot of box ticking. We decided on Split. She searched and found the most perfect deluxe room for us all in the most perfect hotel. She’s always so professional and efficient, prints off everything we need to get organised and its really comforting to know she’s there whenever we need her for anything. Nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou so much for an amazing holiday!

We decided we wanted to visit china/ Japan, so I got in contact with flight centre uk St Albans. We dealt with kat and she has been excellent. We got a great price for flight accommodation . We did the great wall of China, Disney land tokyo and plenty sightseeing and shopping. I'm currently writing this review in kyoto our last leg before we go home. The accommodation and location have been perfect. I just want to thank kat heron at the flight centre for this holiday she put together. I would strongly recommend the flight centre and will be giving kat a call later this year for another holiday we have in mind. Thanks kat from the harvey family.
