I hit a snag on the layout of my Christmas photo book. I reached out to Daniel who had been working with me during the final touches. He was very positive and patient every step of the way. This was the best part of my experience with the company. It is like having a private printing company at my fingertips! Daniel made all the necessary adjustments and even contacted me to verify my choice for background design. I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.

I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

I have made several books with Flipchap and highly recommend them. First and foremost, their customer service is excellent. They offer Chat which is always helpful but if it's not available, you will get a response to your question very quickly. The books I made were lay-flat HD and they came out beautifully. Flipchap offers so many options for covers and layouts. Making a custom book is pretty intuitive. You will be happy with the product and the customer service!

I made a photobook for a customer's special event and I was REALLY nervous about how it would come out since it was my first one. I used the InDesign Template upload. Daniel was incredibly helpful, even giving me some feedback on one of the book covers so it wouldn't look off center. Printing and shipping was crazy quick, which was appreciated since I had a tight turnaround on this project. The customer service was stellar and the end product turned out great. My customer loved it!

The HD lay-flat book is exactly what I was looking for, the quality is really great, looks and feels premium. The price may be high for some but as I just create an annual book I think it's a nice way to collect memories!

Also Daniel was always very responsive and helpful with support.

The quality of the album was great and I really appreciated the end product. That being said, I had a really hard time with the user interface creating the album. I’m used to sites like Shutterfly that help more with pre-populating the albums or providing more grid lines and templates for the albums.

I had a great experience with FlipChap! The website was easy to use and personalize my album. It was delivered very quickly and was in perfect condition. I was most surprised at the quality of the album. It feels and looks way more expensive than what I paid. The customer service helped make sure my photos were crystal clear, which went above and beyond any other album-creating site I've ever used in the past. Will definitely be ordering another very soon.

I LOVE the way my books turned out. Mine didn’t contain any photos, just text, but it is beautiful. I did a linen cover with gold title text and it’s so lovely.

I am very impressed with the quality of my photo book. I received my package in under 2 weeks of placing the order. The customer service is wonderful. They reached out to me to alert me of potential errors that I might want to change. I will be using FlipChap again.

I am taken aback by the quality of my Flipchap album! What was the absolute best part of this process was the customer service. I was certain it would take weeks to process my order, but I received the whole thing within 10 days of placing the order. As I'm an amateur when it comes to photo books, I nearly immediately received an individualized email from customer service, making sure my placement was as I wished, and offering helpful suggestions. Chose FlipChap for the small detail customization options that other big brand's like Shutterfly just don't offer. The photo book customization software was also super easy to use.

But my biggest reason for the 5 star review was by far the customer service I received from Daniel. He emailed me to alert me of a potential error in my design so that it could be corrected before printing. He also spoke in a kind but personal way, not the cold, robotic, scripted way that you get from most online retailers; having that real human interaction makes the customer service so much better (and I wish other companies would realize that).

The quality and amazing customer service has far exceeded our expectations. The book was a gift and they loved it! The book also came with a few surprise extras which were really appreciated. The book was printed and shipped way faster than expected as well. We will definitely come back and are VERY happy customers.

I needed a portfolio box for my design work and they were so easy to work with. I conveyed that this was time-sensitive and I needed it for graduation and they got it to me incredibly quickly. They also checked in to make sure I got it and I was happy with the product. If you need a portfolio box, get it from FlipChap, they're amazing!!! :)

I have been looking for better quality albums. I would say look no further FlipChap is awesome! Exceeded my expectations. The support team is awesome as well.

After two years of research to find exactly what I wanted for my wedding album at the right price, I took a chance with FlipChap and I'm REALLY happy that I did. It was surprisingly difficult to find a place that would make a linen album in a linen box with space for a DVD and USB, but FlipChap ticked all the boxes. It was a bit of a gamble ordering online without seeing their albums in person but I extensively stalked their Instagram and reviews before I placed an order.
Their album editting software is a little bit finicky to use and can be glitchy at times so I would recommend getting someone to do it who's fairly tech savvy. In the end I figured out the tricks to getting it to work.
I wanted gold text on the front of my box which wasn't an option but Jamaimah from the support desk was very, very helpful so don't hesitate to ask them for assistance or if you have a custom order.
I ordered linen albums in ivory and dove. Just be aware that the colours may not look exactly as pictures (they were darker in real life, but I'm still happy with the colours) so if you really care about colours then I suggest ordering a swatch sample.
In the end I had 1 large rectangular album and 2 medium rectangular albums made all with boxes for under $1000AUD. I'm very impressed with the craftmanship and the quality of the albums! I'll definitely be recommending FlipChap to everyone.

I received the book and presentation box yesterday and I can only say that I have not seen a beautiful craftsmanship as this one before!! They are both beautiful and exquisite! The finishing and the packaging were just excellent!

I am really happy with the results!
