Extremely Disappointed with Florsheim's Service
I have been a loyal Florsheim fan for years, even before moving to New Zealand. Florsheim has always been my go-to for shoes, and I would browse their online store before even considering other options. Sadly, that ends today.
I recently ordered a pair of work shoes during their Black Friday sale, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare:
Wrong Address: Despite clearly specifying my shipping address, they sent the shoes to my billing address. I emailed their support team, but received no response.
Wrong Color: I had to go out of my way to collect the shoes, only to find they had sent me the wrong color! I emailed again, and after two days, they finally responded with an apology and sent out a replacement.
Wrong Size: When the replacement pair arrived, I was stunned to find they had sent the wrong size!
I’m not one to complain, but this level of service is unacceptable. Surely, someone should be checking the quality of their order process. This has been a massive letdown from a brand I once trusted.
