Great experience with Fly London Earlham St.! Ordered a pair of their men’s Chelsea boots, and within 12 hours they replied with pictures of the exact boots they were sending, just to be sure everything looked good to go, and had them sent out by end of day.
Quick shipping overseas and arrived exactly as pictured. High quality boots, and very comfortable. Happy I took a chance with this shop.

These guys are fake!! We are not buying proper Fly London products here! I’ve received my sandals today and they are nothing like the ones I had last year. Someone is coining it in and no good thing shall come of those who are scamming good people! Shame on you guys whoever you are!!

Dear Alison, We're a little confused by your review. We communicated with you today on whatsapp via our official Fly London Covent Garden number, as detailed on our web site. We sent you an actual photo of the style of Fly London shoe you bought on display in our actual Fly London Covent Garden store. We even spoke with you. The shoes you bought on line were sent to you in a grey delivery bag with the Royal Mail return address of our actual Fly London store clearly printed on the Royal Mail delivery label. We even offered for you to return the shoes if you weren't happy. However...we failed to screen shot the messages you deleted commenting on how we are liars, a den of thieves and that we should be ashamed. We find your comments somewhat offensive and struggle to understand how commenting in this way would help anyone. We are a shoe business employing actual people and the comments you made and the comments above are ill considered and help no one. Fly London said I should have expected my £175 boots to break because I "wore them for most days for a period of 6 months"
AITA for expecting a £175 pair of boots to last many years? These ones don't. I had two pairs - the first ones, the zips broke many times and cost about £90 each to replace each time - then the soles fell off. The second pair (a Xmas present) I decided not to use the zips to try and preserve them. They still broke after about two years, of wearing them most days for about 4 months each winter. 8 months of regular wear for £175. Am I mad for expecting more?
Yes, according to Fly London customer service. I had to contact them 4 times before they finally replied and said it was my fault that my boots broke because I ... wore them. I'm really disappointed. No idea why I had the idea that this would be a decent, customer-friendly company but it's not. I felt really told off!
Truth is, there are many copies of Fly London boots around that are very much cheaper. Next time I'll buy one of them. They can't be much worse.

Terrible quality and customer service
Got a pair of Fly London boots recently (after buying their boots for years) and the paint on the toes easily rubbed off when I knelt down on some carpet! Tried several times to get some response from customer service but apart from one email, passing me off to another staff member who never responded to me, have got no response for the last month. So disappointed - I used to love their boots! On both quality and customer service absolutely atrocious. Will completely avoid in the future.

This Trust Pilot page is for purchases from www.flylondonshop.co.uk. It looks like you bought directly from the factory in Portugal who sell in Europe, therefore this review is not for us.
Web site photos need improving
I've had a pair of MOL boots for several years, maybe 4 or 5. The sole got a hole after just a few months but they didn't seem to let water in so I continued using them and I have worn them loads and loads and love them. So I decided to buy a new pair and looked on the web site. I ordered what I thought were the same boots I already had but in a different colour but when they arrived they were much shorter. Please, please, please can you put photos of your boots/shoes being worn so it's easy to see how they look. The shorter boots gape at the front so I had to return them as my own expense.
Also, maybe it's just my phone, but I can't seem to zoom in on the photos - I'm sure the web site and photos could be vastly improved.
Please can you make the MOL 2, which is apparently the ones I want, available in red 😁 Thanks

HI Helen, We've found and checked your order and you ordered a different boot (Mes2) hence why the boot is shorter, it's a different style. Mol2 is the same as it ever was. In order to increase the size of the image on a phone click the image to increase, then pinch to enlarge further. We have previously used models to show product however we were then criticised for not using the size of calf's, length and width of feet that customers wanted to see. I don't think the industry will ever win this one! Mol2 is currently available in Black, Camel, Dark Brown and Diesel. Fly boots less than a year, fallen apart
Fly boots less than a year old(purchased last winter). Leather has completely come away from sole meaning actual large hole, now unwearable. I was considering contacting fly to complain however reading the bad reviews I don't think I will waste any more energy, time or further expense on these boots. I will certainly not be buying any fly shoes again which is a shame because I really like their style. Expensive boots, expected them to last a couple of winters, have had less than average use.

design or material fault ?
Got my FlyLondon ankle boots 2 yrs ago, but did not wear them much. They still look pretty new inside. BUT: unlike previous pairs, the soles of these wore out in no time at all and the heel came apart right at the junction of the 2 profiles. Really surprised and unhappy. At that price, one should expect more. The sole being made out of 2 very different profiles, I have no idea how they would be able to be re-soled. Took them to the shop where I bought them at in Elgin (great staff) - but do not think they will persue the matter.
Something needs improving with the quality and/or design of the soles as this outcome will stop me from buying the brand again, shame.
Would like to post photos, but seems not possible.

To advise your sales agreement is with the retailer in Elgin, therefore we recommend you return to the retailer for assistance if you feel this is a genuine fault. It is their responsibility to resolve this for you.
AWFUL
AWFUL - do not buy!! I would give zero stars if this was possible. The customer service complaints team are SHOCKING. My parcel arrived opened and with worn boots plus a USED NEEDLE among other things added to it. Fly are blaming Royal Mail and are refusing to refund me until I send the boots back, but I do not want to touch a BIOHAZARD. I am absolutely appalled by the service and will never buy from fly again. This has been so much hassle and having paid £170 I expected much better.

We 100% totally agree and are also shocked!! When we trust a parcel to Royal Mail we expect it to be secure and for it to arrive as sent. We are a small supplier of Fly London footwear within the UK, and are classed as a small business who only employs 5 people in our Covent Garden store, where the parcel was sent from, and all 5 have worked for us for some years. TO NOTE THE PARCEL WAS OPENED WHILST IN THE CARE OF ROYAL MAIL. IT WAS PLACED IN A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG TO SHOW IT HAD BEEN OPENED/ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WITH ROYAL MAIL. IN IT WAS PLACED A NEEDLE IN PACKAGING, A MENS SLIPPER AND A CHILDS TOY. THE BOOTS WERE NOT REMOVED FROM THE PACKAGE. ARGUABLY THE STRANGEST AND MOST WEIRD SITUATION WE'VE SEEN IN 20 YEARS. WE'RE SERIOUSLY ASKING WHY WOULD ANYONE OPEN A PARCEL AND PUT THESE ITEMS INSIDE THEN LEAVE THE BOOTS. We immediately asked Royal mail to investigate and are waiting ourselves for a reply. Of course you don't want to touch the parcel which is why we have asked you to return the parcel at our cost. As soon as we receive it back we will refund you in full and will likely contact the Police as receiving this type of paraphernalia in the post is dangerous and we definitely don't want it left with you.

First time ordering and was really excited. Wrong order was processed and when asked for an exchange I was asked to pay the delivery again which was not cheap! The shoes I received were 2 sizes too small and there is no way I did order that size. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Purchased an expensive pair of boots…
Purchased an expensive pair of boots via AMAZON during the pandemic.
Started wearing them this winter and the wedge has unglued itself from the main part of the boot.
I agree with another reviewer the price is not commensurate with the quality.
Really bad customer service they don't want to take responsibility. Amazon has tried to reach out but doubts that they will do anything.
Take the advice from other reviewers - avoid!
In response to the answer below absolute rubbish.
The price was not slashed and the quality of the boots was terrible.
I did reach out to Fly and they were very dismissive.
Amazon weren't much better I will acknowledge that part.
It doesn't matter I will never buy from this brand again and would not recommend to anyone.
Just a note on how attentive they are look at the date of my original review and the date of their response!

The negative is that they as the retailer of the goods have the responsibility of taking care of customer complaints and they simply don't. It is Amazon's responsibility to manage customer complaints as the seller of the goods. It is then Fly London's responsibility to Amazon as their customer to manage their complaints. I'm sorry that in this instance Amazon let you down, however be assured that purchasing from Fly London directly at https://www.flylondonshop.co.uk is a different situation, we look after our customers.

Just sent the file to the police this is a fraud. They generate two different order numbers and advertise one amount and debit 29 more than that which you commit to. They are fraudsters. The email address published is a fraud. I'm sending this to Martin Lewis too
