True professional photographer
True professional photographer. Not someone shooting on an old Kodak Brownie. He clearly honed his craft to a very high level.

I recently had my property photographed for sales pictures. Focal assigned Katie to do my pictures. Katie arranged a suitable time to visit, turned up on time and was friendly, professional and efficient and answered any questions I had. I’d recommend focal for peoples photographs needs.

Unusable photos and floor plan
I paid FocalAgent for professional property photography and a floor plan, but neither was fit for purpose.
The photographs were dark, included duplicate images and were not of a standard suitable for marketing the property. The floor plan was supplied without measurements, making it of little practical use.
When I complained, it took around a month to receive a meaningful response. By then, I had already rented the property, making any proposed resolution pointless.
Poor-quality work, poor customer service, and a complete waste of money.

Hi Cindy, thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear about your experience - this definitely doesn't sound like our standard 5 star service. So that I can help look into it, could you please kindly email me your property address to tom.claridge@focalagent.com - thank you so much and I look forward to seeing how else I can support. Thanks. Tom
