I came into the course feeling very very nervous. I got amazing support from the entire team. I remember on one of my first days at the course I was very unwell and Andy made me feel very comfortable. Kaz checked in on my multiple times. Within a few weeks I didn’t feel nervous anymore I felt very comfortable and confident. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was explained very well from our tutor kaz and he always double checked to see if we understood if we seemed unsure even at the slightest making us feel very comfortable to ask questions!

My experience with focus fitness UK has been excellent from the beginning till the end . super professional, helpful,polite. Level 3 Sport Massage was excellent program, intense but ideal for me. The instructors were so professional and helpful. Big thanks to all team working behind the scenes and I big thanks to our instructors Stuart and Lauren the best team ever.
I’m looking forward to do the level 4 sport massage.

I completed Sports Massage Level 3 at Focus Fitness on the 24th May. My tutor was Aleem. Can I just say what a fantastic tutor Aleem is. He was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, made learning fun and interesting.
I enjoyed the course so much that I would like to go on to Level 4 sports massage.
I would recommend Focus Fitness as a whole.

I did the sports massage level 3 course & I must say Aleem was extremely helpful and really encouraged me to do well. The course was full of knowledge and even though I went to uni, I feel like I could understand more in this short space of 6 weeks

I recently completed both the Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training courses, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic.

Just recently completed my level 2 and 3 in 7 weeks ! This course was more than I expected the support that’s available is amazing and know that I will be helped with my career even after I’ve completed this course I would recommend using fitness focus as a first option !

Hello, I have just recently completed my level 4 in Sport Massage with Focus Fitness. I have to say my experience was Great! Innitial communication and application process with Micheal was easy and effortless. I have beentaken around the school, showed around all areas and met Tutors in person.
My tutors Matt and Reachel - awsome. Great course structure explained in details and every topic covered in depth and all my questions answered instantly. Rachel is burst of good energy and she keep raising the bar with every case study, bringing different scenarios and possible outcomes, which gives you that boost of confidence when treating your client, becouse it gives you an insights of various perspectives, if you not that experience yet, a lot of Holistic approach which I absolutely loved! Plenty of support outside course days through Teams and email to help top score towards final Assignments.
Also fellow colleagues- friendly, professional and supportive. By completing the course, I definitely identify as Pro.

Studied at Focus Fitness for the better part of half a year, and qualified in level 2 and 3 Personal training, exercise referral, and a level 3 and 4 sports massage. Focus Fitness had been incredibly instrumental in me bettering my skills on order to gain employment as a skilled professional in the working society.

Just completed my level 4 Sports Massage Therapy at Focus Fitness Uk . One of the best courses I have done , Rachel was absolutely amazing. Having her as my tutor made learning so much fun and I loved every second of it. . I 100 percent recommend the course if you have any doubts i urge you not to hesitate.

Brilliant training from outstanding tutors to the knowledge taught. Aleem was always so motivating, supportive and fully invested in developing our knowledge and skills whilst studying exercise referral. Although the course was only 4 weeks, it did not feel overwhelming with the work load. I would highly recommend studying with FF to help become more qualified and develop your future. I will be back to study SMT as I’ve already completed the PT course and now ER.

From signing up with Michael for PT level 2 &3 all the way through to the end of the course I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend focus fitness. The teacher's are excellent especially our tutor Ben Dawson he has so much knowledge with years of experience kept us engaged with theory and practical making it an enjoyable experience. Also the support I received was amazing. I'm now ready to start my journey as a personal trainer thanks to focus fitness UK.

Had such an amazing time doing this course and I have met a lot of great people. My teacher Ben warden was absolutely amazing, he made it fun and personal. Also want to thank Michael the person that initially joined me up, so positive and reassured me I be fine and they so much support that I can use. Thanks guys for making this journey so effortless for me. Can’t wait to come back and do sport massage with you guys.

I have just completed my PT Course at focused fitness. this was a good course and has helped me achieved my dream job of working in the health and fitness industry. I did get a lots of support from cas and steve one of the tutors and they where very helpful so will recomend anyone that wants to do a PT to go for it
