The first three day meals where not too much to my liking but the package i received today, i have already have two meals and they where great and full of flavor. I love the Mediterranean types of food.

I received a text message from DPD this morning saying that my food was left at a “safe” place. I was at home but nobody rang my doorbell. The driver instead opened the main door of the building (as this is never locked and gives free access to anyone) and he threw my parcel under the letter boxes. I live in a big three-floor building where multiple other tenants also live, as well as different animals and homeless people many times (as the main door is always unlocked). When I found my parcel, this was unsealed and the lid was left wide opened. Everything was wet and leaking inside and outside. I took some photos and then carried the parcel in my flat, as it had my details on it and I could not leave it there. I had to use gloves as food was leaking out of the food containers and dirty liquid from the melted and damaged ice packs was leaking inside the food at the same time. It is needless to mention that unfortunately I had to throw any contents of this box to the rubbish. Obviously I would not wish to receive any other parcels from Foodfit from now on (unless there is a different delivery option), and I also expect to receive a full refund for the money that I have paid for this first parcel.

First week on the program , very impressed with customer service and the nutritional advice , flexible subscriptions and food labeled with your name and day . Great touches .

The delivery it is will Wednesday breakfast. I need to leave at 7 am in the morning for 12 hrs shift. Which means I am without food on Wednesday.

The food is tasty but the snacks guide limits only to apple or cashews and there is no other options

I had the low calories menu and found most of the meals very nice. l could track my calories and never felt hungry and lost weight so very pleased. The odd couple of meals not to my taste so l contacted Foodfit to ask for alternatives. They obliged each time and always ensured it was noted not to send that meal again. Foodfit are very supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Plus l like the fact there is no contract and you can pause anytime so fits around my life.

One of the best plans I've tried, the food looks and tastes fresh, nothing seems to come from frozen food which is amazing, good selection of meals, the recipes are great, everything is tasty.

Not sure if this is down to foodfit to fix or the delivery supplier but they don't ring your doorbell at all and leave boxes outside, they don't even ring to let you know it has arrived - resulting in the box sitting there for hours when I am home all day 😅. Also food/sauce tends to spill out of the container sometimes.

The customisation option is not really accurate. The plans are great as they are, they do respect glutten free and dairy free preference, but I asked them to avoid 3 foods and I get those 3 things once a week normally. I'm not that bothered but if you have a strong preference to avoid certain foods you'll likely get it if it's pre-included in their weekly menus.

Over all great experience, I've tried 2 other plans and this is the only fresh food I've found so far and the price is great.

I have been coming to this place from last few months and I never remember any kind of issue with them, infect I experience a wonderful time here. The entire staff here is very accommodating, courteous, and their servicing techniques are very fast. Prices are bit high but according to quality food that's well worth! Thankyou.
