Communication and product ordered were well received and on time. Great price.

I have been happy with all of my purchases so far. I can't rate Footes highly enough.

This store is a one-stop shop for all your musical needs. From strings and reeds to cables and pedals, they have a comprehensive range of accessories. The quality of the products and the store's commitment to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and playability of the violins I found at this store. From beginner to professional level, they offer a diverse range of options that cater to different skill levels and budgets.

After waiting for an order, since January and being constantly strung along, I received this today from Footes.

‘We have been trying to negotiate the release of your splash cymbal, unfortunately, we cannot get it sent from the distributor (Headstock) unless we settle our entire bill with them, on their insistence ... which is too big to pay anytime soon!
Although, we are in credit with them, many companies are getting nervous about recouping their money owed, during these trying times.’

So I will not use them again as I have no trust in them as it would seem this has likely been the issue for a while now, and yet the repeated correspondence has always been it’s stuck in transit because of international freight issues. Clearly that’s not quite the case, and is certainly not the whole story.

At least I was refunded in full.

Friendly prices, prompt delivery and secure packaging. Very large range of cymbals in store.

Chose them because of price and reputation

The delivery was exactly as promised so I can’t fault them and I’ll be using them again

Can’t rate this shop enough. We will be definitely visiting again.

I placed my order. You took my money. 2 weeks later you told it would not be available until January. Unreliable, shabby customer service.

Staff are Funky and there are Drums all over the place:)

Good selection of instruments and a fast delivery on parcels. What more can you want from a specialist retailer.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. I was looking for advice about buying a snare drum and cymbals, and was able easily to book a practice session in which I could try out different materials and have a conversation about which would work best. The advice provided was extremely useful, and I am very happy with the decision I made for my purchase.

Love Footes. Always have. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great range of products and friendly advice. Plus a pedigree in the business second to none.

Really good! Nice and quick ;)

Painless ordering clear description just waiting for delivery now

Very pleased with prompt delivery of my order.

This is the first time I have bought from this company, but will certainly use again.
