I have had a washing machine contract for 7 years without issues. Machine recently brokedown and a service engineer was requested. This took 3 /4 days and he popped in for a minute and asked me what happened. I repeated what i had wrote on the email and voice message i sent, then he condemned it and left. I had a call to discuss an exchange and one was organised asap. This turned out to be Monday, which would be 8 days since machine broke. I required the machine asap and after a too and throw with despatch, Sat morning was agreed. Delivery and setup Technicians arrived prompt and proffessionally installed my washer and removed the broken one. Great job guys, good work and very quick.
I rent to get the quickest best service and the website says 24hrs callout. I am happy overall, but this has made me consider buying one and just replacing it when it breaks. In the meantime, i will continue using Forbes, as they are very good. I would of prefered a quicker service, but it is still a good service. Plus i have a new bigger machine which looks great. Cheers

Ricky and Adam took away my old washing machine installed my new one and made sure my new one worked they provided a brilliant service and were very nice

We moved with little notice and our sellers took their refrigerator with them. Steven was so helpful in booking a rental delivery on short notice, and the guys who came to deliver it (Ricky and Adam) were very respectful, efficient, and lovely.

Highly recommend! This is such a good service with great rates vs the cost of purchasing a new refrigerator and then having to sell it again a few months later.

Toby and ray delivered my new cooker today with care and earlier then expected which helped me out today due to a busy day lovely guys

Ricky and Adam delivered my replacement washing machine this morning. They were very friendly and explained everything as they went along. They left the area clean and tidy too. I’ve been with this company for over a decade and they never fail on customer service and quality of products.

I have been a customer of Forbes Rentals for many years now. I have rented several washing and drying machines and dishwashers. The service and peace of mind offered through rental are well worth having in a busy family household. The Bosch appliances are very reliable and on the odd occasion I have had to request service on these items, Forbes have jumped into action immediately with next day and same day service which is amazing. The rental payments are very affordable and Forbes are a great company with great staff that are always happy to help. I really cannot fault my decision to rent from Forbes.

Toby & Ray delivered a cooker for us and installed it - lovely blokes, tested it before installation and gave us all the info we needed! Also kept us updated throughout the delivery and gave us a call when they were 15 minutes away.

Liam and Ross were both lovely early delivery all plugged in and helped me take the old fridge freezer downstairs too
