This company is a joke. Ordered weeks ago and have heard nothing. Have message through website & WhatsApp! Still no reply. They are taking advantage of people who have limited options!!!

Made an order for 3 pairs of shoes on 26th December order number 5300, still not received. Emailed and sent messages but no response!

Will be contacting my credit card company shortly if no response!

Paid next day delivery for shoes still not arrived

Both of my orders finally arrived, took a long time but my daughter does like them. The company does need to improve on their customer communication.

My mum bought be 4 pairs of heels and none of them ever arrived!! She was robbed £400

I was really happy to finally find a place where I can buy beautiful shoes for my tiny feet and after I ordered an amazing pair of shoes I started reading the reviews and I WAS REALLY SCARED THAT I GOT SCAMED BECAUSE OF THE MEAN THINGS YOU WRITE. I messaged her on WhatsApp and she answered in like a day or two and she was TOTALLY LOVELY. We spoke about my worries and she provided all the information I needed in a really polite manner and it was a pleasure to talk to her. I was supposed to get my order in 21 days and it came in 16 days and they were perfect. Perfect condition, perfect fit, lovely packaging, the perfect pair of heels and I’m in love with them. So stop saying mean things about this girl and her website because she is doing a really great job. I’ll definitely place another order.

I have made two orders for 4 pairs of shoes and boots with this company, after 6 weeks I received 1 of the orders. They did not answer phone or messages until I left this review. I have been contacted by the company regarding the second order but as yet not received it. I’m hoping to receive it but have not had any confirmation it’s been dispatched.

I have bought lots of shoes of this company and never had any issues what so ever! I’m very last minute sometimes and the last time I ordered they went above and beyond to get the shoes to me in time! The lady who owns the company is lovely, she has the patients of a saint because I’m always messaging her and mithering and she never complains!

The shoes are always a good fit and true to size! This site is a good send otherwise I would be in children’s shoes all the time. Cannot recommend this company enough

“We found these wedges to be a bigger fit that our usual size 1 and feel they are more like a size 2 so we have now discontinued selling them with a size 1 option. So sorry about that, I didn't want you to recieve them and they be too big. What would you like to do? Xx”
I asked them for a refund they saw the message but didnt say a word. I also order a another pair of shoes and I got it within a week

It fitted my foot perfectly I was in very stress for my wedding but forbidden shoes made my dream become true for the first time I got the perfect size for myself

Ordered one pair of shoes - they fit really well, it’s so hard out there to find shoes for my tiny feet so amazing I found this site to order from, will definitely be ordering more

I contacted Forbidden Heels for a tailored size of my chosen heels and they were so helpful - the heels look beautiful too.

Please when you look at any negative reviews remember that as customers we are NOT always right. I purchased some shoes, then looked at the reviews and thought I'd been scammed...only to text the business owner my negative thoughts...
I soon realised that the business owner is a single mother doing her very best. She is not amazon and customers shouldn't expect her service to be quite frankly!

My shoes arrived earlier than expected. They were great quality, brilliantly priced, boxed beautifully and
with freebie cushioned insoles thrown in to boot!
I will definately be ordering
again!

Ordered shoes on the 11th February tried several ways to contact for update on delivery without success. They’re not replying or acknowledging at all. Having read previous reviews looks as though this company will not be sending the shoes

i wouldn’t even rate them a zero, they kept giving me excuses on why they can’t deliver my shoes and then i asked for a refund but they didn’t give my money back, it’s definitely a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM i think they only give order to some people to receive good reviews but not for everyone so DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS FORBIDDEN WEBSITE IM WARNING YOU GUYS. they are hot even replying to my message

I wouldn't even rate a 1. 9 weeks ago I send a order in for my wedding shoes. I have had many excuses why they have not arrived. I also have been given a tracking number and it was false by them. Promised me they paid to fast track as a error and still now haven't had the shoes. To be told they was not even delivered. Do I want a refund when my wedding is in 2 weeks is absolutely disgusting to treat people like this. Never would I recommend these or ever buy from them. Do yourself a favour everyone pay the extra on another site because at least you are guaranteed your shoes.

Ordered from here a number of times and never had any issues. Some shoes are ‘made to order’ which does take abit longer however it’s clearly stated before you order.
