Wish I could give them minus stars but there is no option available. Sent me the wrong steering rack even I sent them a picture of the part & the part no. before buying. When I called them a very rude person was on other side & said it is the right parts for your car & we are not responsible for collecting the part. He said return the part at your own coast or sell it elsewhere. Completely nonsense. I returned the part on my own coast. I got refunded after involving 1st choice Parts. Got the refund after 3 weeks. Unprofessional & very rude customer service. Very bad experience.

Top lads ordered a 2nd hand alloy for my focus and it was in mint condition, also a free tyre thrown in which was virtually brand new, quick delivery well wrapped.
Contacted them on e bay due to not being at home on the delivery date,not a problem for the lads to leave notes with the courier to make sure my parcel was left safe in the garage

I purchased a couple of used alloys from these lovely people and requested that they please send me two with the best tyres. This was no trouble to them, and they happily obliged and I received my purchase promptly and nicely wrapped.

Excellent service from Blue Oval Spares Ltd. I had ordered a wheel which was in very good condition without any dents or buckles, the tyre came in free which I was not expecting much and had planned to throw it away but it turned out to be in good condition and I am using it in my car now.
The negative points were that it was a direction wheel which was not mentioned in the advertisement and I had to swap the wheels.
The courier service too delivered it to a wrong house and I had to go in search for it and carry it back a 150 feet

Brilliant service from this company. Found the part I needed and was delivered very quickly. Door turned up on a pallet which was well packaged so no damage in transit. I will be using them again for more parts. Defo recommend this company

She also requested that I send detailed information via email, including the fact that the engine had arrived without the turbocharger I had paid for. Regrettably, my diligent efforts to communicate with the company went unanswered.

Despite my persistent attempts to contact them via phone, there were frequent instances where no one would answer, leaving me in limbo. When I finally managed to voice my mounting frustration, the lady on the phone abruptly hung up on me. This disheartening experience has led me to the disconcerting realization that I have been a victim of deception and subpar service from FORDBITS. I caution anyone considering their services to exercise great caution.
