The quality, price and delivery are always excellent, and I will definitely buy again. However, my one gripe is packing. In my most recent delivery, the honey, which had been packed on its side, had leaked. A little leaked honey goes a long way! In my previous order, I lost half a pack of ground almonds which had split under the weight of the larger, heavier bags on top.

There's a very good selection of organic produce and the site works well.

Great selection of natural products, perfect for vegans like me. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quicker than I expected. All food received is of great quality and not as expensive as one might expect.

Order was efficiently fulfilled by FWF.
Unfortunately, the product from Biona was disappointing. It was watered-down tomato juice.

I was very pleased to see that it was delivered in a well-sealed sturdy cardboard box this time. Although it was tougher to open at least it was all there, undamaged.
I am so glad that I found you online.

I was buying in bulk inorder to stock up & avoid many small purchases.
Unfortunately, the risotto rice only has a short shelf life, which is very disappointing. I will not be buying in large quantity again
