I ordered 2 slip covered dining chairs which are beautiful but arrived with dirt marks. I have reached to see if I can get a replacement cover. Will happily update my review.

It's a beautiful statue with so much detail on it. I absolutely love it! Great communication & a lovely delivery guy who brought the item into the house for us which was a relief as it's quite heavy!

The wrong item was sent. I contacted Fourseasonsliverpool by email and phone (left 2 messages). They successfully dealt with the issue in a very friendly manner.

Prior to purchasing I had a few questions about the items, rang and spoke to Hannah who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
Once I’d placed the order online Hannah rang to arrange delivery, and all was organised very promptly.
I would definitely purchase from here again.
