I am really happy with both the quality of my 24 FFL champ ring and the great communication I had with Fox Rings. It was ordered immediately After I secured the title an it was delivered in a timely manner. If I can repeat I will be placing an order once again!!

Fox rings was great to work with. Communication was great, they helped tweak renderings to get exactly what I was looking for. Quality of the ring was fantastic. I like the way you can either send your rendered drawing to them or they help build what you have in mind. I will definitely be doing this again with another idea.

Shady Company. Ordered a Fantasy Football Championship Ring. It was never received. I went on the USPS with the tracking number and it said that it did not deliver because they had improper postage. I tried to contact someone at the company and my voicemails and messages went unanswered. I ended up calling my credit card company and opened a dispute to get my money back.

I ordered 11 rings going back to our first year of the league, they helped customize the early years as best they could AND rushed to get them to me in time for our live draft! Rest of the league was surprised and LOVED the rings! Can't wait until the season is over so I can get another!

Horrible experience!
I was ordering a fantasy football ring for my league a couple of months before my draft and came across what looked to be a really cool website with Fox rings. Everyone I work with was very friendly and helpful at first, but I was worried about meeting my deadline of August 24. I asked if they could guarantee delivery before then and was asked to pay an expedite fee of $25. I paid the $25 and was told that my ring would be to me no later than August 22.
Around August 18, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out asking if there was going to be a tracking number or any follow up…. No response. I called and left a message… no response.
Repeated all of this about 2 to 3 times since then and before the 22nd with no response.
Long story short I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for them to finally respond to me on the 26th and apologize for the delay that there was an issue with the mold.

Issues happen and I get it but it’s all how you respond. And when you don’t respond and leave people hanging high and dry with deadlines, then there’s no way I would ever recommend your business.

Great quality ring and also very responsive with questions I had. Would definitely use again.

Our ring rep Edward was in contact and upfront about everything throughout the process. Minor issues, but overall..... 3.75 stars for him and Fox Rings! Will definitely do business with Fox and Edward again!!!

Our company had an exceptionally tight turn-around time (6 weeks) to have a 100% custom ring designed, produced, and delivered in time for a large mid-summer meeting. Fox Rings responded immediately to our inquiry and gave us several options to start the process. I sent over our designs and soon after the production started. They met our 6 week timeframe and we were able to present the rings at our conference. We will be using Fox Rings for future production of our company sales rings.

The only one area of improvement that I would offer as feedback was that as we approached the deadline and end of our conference the company went a bit dark and wasn't as responsive as I needed. However, they did deliver the rings on time, so kudos to them! Again... I put an exceptionally tight timeframe on them, which isn't normal nor expected. It all ended GREAT!

The Dayton Legends senior softball organization 50s division and the 55s division has purchased three sets of customized championship rings from Fox-Rings. The process was quick in terms of our first reply e-mail. It was great working with the staff to actually detail our rings. Last, you get great quality for the value price you pay. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive your rings after you have approved your last mock-up. Trust me, it is well worth the wait. The rings we ordered have always looked exactly like the mockups. I would highly recommend this group!!! I was a little nervous to have a single ring made from an online vendor, but Fox Rings is absolutely the real deal. The design process was so smooth, and the mock ups they provide during the design phase are extremely helpful to know exactly what you’ll get. The ring looks FAR better than I was hoping for. Be a little patient through the design phase, and you will be extremely happy with the product, guaranteed. I will definitely be working with Fox Rings again in the future.

Fox Rings made a Stunning Ring for our company- they had a quick turn around time and the pricing was very good for the product we received. From start to finish, customer experience was very responsive to all emails and inquires. Rings were a huge hit with the speciality engraving of names on each ring. Positive feedback from our 125 Rings we gave out to our team were echoed from everyone who received them.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this ring. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. It actually looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. The fit is just right, and you can really tell it’s made with quality in mind. The customer service was also wonderful, so helpful throughout the process. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Whether it’s a gift or a treat for yourself, this ring is truly worth it!

If I could give NO STARS I would. Started this waste last September. Paid money, received a decent looking example. Had 3 rings made, got them in February after we were told 6 weeks. Made several attempts to contact, finally when we received our 2 of 3 rings, all wrong size and still fighting to get our money owed for missing items and correct sized rings. What a joke. They should be ashamed and close.

Very detail oriented, super responsive and received our order way ahead of the expected time. Absolutely recommend!
