Products are simple and also beautifully crafted with elegant design. These rings don't have to only be for sport-wares product they can be use in various opportunities (trust me really cool design!). They also be customized too. really great!

I needed a quality set of custom rings for our yearly meetup of my banjo group and boy did they deliver. The rings were awesome and my banjo group enjoyed them so much! In the past I have given them custom made bobbleheads of the group leader and they did not look at all like the group leader. The rings are a much better idea!!

I loved the product itself, but unfortunately the timeline and company response rate was the worst I have ever experienced. For each response, it would take a week with zero response, a second email and then a voicemail to receive any kind of communication back. I also had insane delays with a couple final rings arriving ten months after kicking off the project. I will not be working with them again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with and I would "never-ever" recommend them to ANYONE. I ordered a ring on 14-AUG-2022 and today's date is 08-OCT-2022, I still have not received my ring. Their customer service is slowful, took them two weeks to respond to my email inquiry and they DONT answer their Google voice phone. They provided me a bogus USPS tracking number which is yet to update.

High-quality rings at an affordable price! Love the customization options to really add that extra touch. Ive used Fox Rings for a couple years now, but this year was TERRIBLE. The ring quality was garbage, and there were sharp pieces that would cut you when you put the ring on or off. I contacted customer support, and in March was told I would get a replacement in 7-12 days. That was the last time they responded to anything and they wont call or email me back. It's now the end of May.

This is our second time using Fox Rings. They have exceeded our expectations both times. No one can beat the price and quality of these rings. They are quick, responsive and understanding with every request. Highly recommend using them.

Bought a football championship ring for the coach paid $200 in December received the ring in January. It was perfect until he washed his hands at the Probowl and it turned a few days later. Customer service was quick to replace the ring at no cost. The second ring turned brown too after than less than a month!! $200 down the drain and stuck with a brown and silver ring. Would not recommend this company
