I cannot recommend Fox Removals highly enough! From the very first interaction, their customer service was absolutely outstanding — friendly, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team made everything feel seamless and well organised from start to finish.

The staff on the day were exceptional. They text as the job commenced and came during the expected arrival window, worked efficiently, handled all of our belongings with great care and were so polite and hardworking the entire day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent customer service and such an amazing team on the job. Fox Removals exceeded all expectations and made our move such a positive experience. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and stress-free moving service!

This has been my third time using Fox removals . Today had packing service done by Dean and Ryan who have been absolutely brilliant. There are always helpful attention to detail and pack and move everything to highest standards

The team of Jesse, Mike S, JJ and Jose helped us massively over the last few days. We needed to move out and store our stuff before we could move into our new home. They made sure everything was wrapped and secured. When unloading, it was seamless and no damages seen. The guys were simply awesome and all so happy and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend 😁

Very professional and reasonably priced. The lads were prompt, efficient, friendly and hard-working. Despite the difficult conditions when unloading - very hot day and narrow lane at rear of property they worked non-stop. Thanks Deno and Kiran (packers), Scotty, Michael and Paddy (Removalists).

The boys rang first, were prompt, well mannered, efficient and well priced,
They also going out of their way to accommodate problems, such as dissembling my desk and reasembling it, to get it up narrow stairs.
I certainly will use them again.

The team at Fox removals were excellent, quick efficient and very friendly. I'd like to say a special thanks to Drew, Kyle, and Blake. Packing the furniture safely and transporting over 200km to our new home. Well done guys that was a terrific job.

Don’t believe the five star ratings. This has been my worst nightmare with damages to very expensive High Gloss White furniture, They had no respect for my personal belongings treated my Designer clothes like rags and dumped them in boxes wrapped around coat hangers Cue, Witchery, long wool coats, Jackets raw silk tops, linen trouser suits all my clothes now needs steam cleaning. I cannot find my linen Sheike & Witchery trousers suits they are in a box in the garage stacked high to the ceiling. My clothes were supposed to be hung in a portable wardrobe and they charged top $ I am heartbroken! All they were interested in was payment at the end of the job causing a scene outside my house. Disgraceful behaviour threatening to take the boxes away. They removed the electric plug from the socket so the garage door would not close.

Fox Removals did a fantastic job moving me from Busselton to Perth. The workmanship was excellent and the staff were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. They took care of everything from start to finish and made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removalist.

Hired Fox to move furniture out of our 3 bedroom house. Had previously only heard great things about them.

Our washing machine was carelessly shoved through our front gate and the front was scratched up.

They left drag marks on the wall where the couch had been shoved around. Both our new leather couchs now have damage on almost every corner.

When questioned about the damage Thier first reaction was to deflect "it was like that before" when they were certainly not. If you do want to use Fox take pictures or videos of the condition of all of your furniture and you have to purchase their insurance to be able to have any remediative action.

I'm sad I've payed $1165.45 for them to take 5.5 hours and still damage our furniture.

The guys worked so hard and never stopped. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

My experience with Fox Removals was fantastic! They were so helpful, efficient and really careful with all our furniture. We had some expensive and very heavy custom made pieces and they treated moving them with great care and used all the necessary equipment to make sure that the items were moved properly and efficiently. They were also such lovely people, had amazing attitudes and made moving these items so much easier than I thought it would be! Thanks Fox ☺️
