Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!

plus aucune nouvelle de ma commande du 18 novembre qui devait arriver au plus tard le 27 novembre impossible depuis cette date butoir d avoir accès au suivi de la livraison le 26 après dédouanage au royaume unis elle a été remis au livreur et depuis plus rien !!! Ma première commande pour ce même article c était très bien passée il y a quelque mois je m étonnait des commentaires négatifs a l encontre de ce site maintenant je comprend mieux hélas !!!
