quick delivery,great price overall a plesant experience!

efficient process from order to receiving the items.

I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

This wasn't the Si Intense I thought I was getting. There was one in a black bottle which is what you have pictured. I got the newer version in a clear bottle. They do not smell the same. Very disappointed

I received my hair products in a timely manner and for a good price with no shipping charges.

I never received the product I ordered, the tracking says it is still in the place of origin and I was issued a refund. I don't know if I can still be expecting it, and am stressing over it a little bit.

The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top.
I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review.
Be responsive to your customers.

Delivery two weeks to Ireland, nothing damaged , very well packed, happy with the product , all perfect condition, 5 stars. will order again.

Ordered this a week ago and it has yet to ship.
