Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words about our service and transport team. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering your final bulk bag.
Unfortunately, the vehicle did experience a hydraulic hose burst during delivery, which required a temporary repair and cleanup. While we initially planned to have your bag delivered first thing the next morning, there was an internal communication oversight regarding the repair status. This resulted in your bag not being scheduled for re-delivery as intended. We sincerely apologise for this mistake and the delay it caused.
As soon as the issue came to our attention, we made it a priority to get your bag delivered. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
Thank you for you order, and we hope to see you again soon.
Yes,Frank Key do kitchens!
We hadn’t even heard that Frank Key designed and suppled kitchens until our, also excellent kitchen fitter Rich suggested we try them. Having your whole kitchen removed and replaced is never going to be a breeze, however Ben at FK made the experience as painless as possible! We now have a beautiful and practical kitchen finished to a high standard with quality products, thank you all.

Delivery was spot on (4 jumbo bags of MOT type1) the MOT it self wasnt the nest ibe used before some very large rocks and not alot of dust some areas i has to top up to get a good lock.
But it was cheap and will work so not to bothered

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your honest feedback! We're glad to hear that the delivery went smoothly and that the product worked for your project.
Our MOT Type 1 is indeed a 40mm-to-dust product, which is ideal for certain applications. For projects requiring a finer finish, our 20mm-to-dust option is a great alternative, though it does come at a slightly higher price point. We’d be happy to discuss your needs for future projects to ensure you get the perfect product for the job. The dust does tend to sit towards the bottom of the bag as well especially if its been raining since it was bagged.
Thank you for using us and hope we can exceed your expectations next time around. If there’s anything we can do to assist with your next project, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love the opportunity to turn this 3-star experience into a 5-star one!
Disappointing delivery service
I deliberately chose my delivery day to coincide with a work from home day. To be home when the delivery was made. No knock on the door to alert me of said delivery. Just drop and leave. Now I have to hand ball 2 tonne of gravel. Thanks for a that.

Please accept our apologies. We will investigate this and come back to you ASAP.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent delivery experience didn’t meet your expectations.
Our driver, Rob, mentioned that he did knock on the door upon arrival but didn’t receive a response. He placed the gravel on the driveway, close to the area that appeared to be under preparation, to make it as convenient as possible for you to move and use. We aim to ensure deliveries are placed in the most practical and accessible location while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Russ the legend
Our delivery driver, Russ, went above and beyond this morning. I am just recovering from surgery and was home alone, but he picked up on this without hesitation offered to bring the delivery up the driveway as there was nowhere suitable to leave it by the road. He did several trips with a smile on his face and wouldn’t even accept a cuppa as thanks - thank you Russ!
