I initially ordered 2 x L and 1 x XL to see what sizing was like (I have quite big hips and always get scared) the large was the perfect size, so i would say it 100% true to size.
The material is thick and feels like lux.
I was quite sceptical but they’re genuienly a 10/10. I can’t wait to buy more!

I ordered from the UK and received my order in just over a week. As a Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer these are the knickers I’ve been searching for! They fit amazingly and quality is fantastic.

I’ve been buying thongs from Fredgies since few month ago and I found that actually really comfortable, and now they even have upgraded to thinner and lower gussets and I love it!!!! Going to order another few more pairs for sure!

Finally no more camel toe! The best undies ever, they fit perfectly, are so comfy and don’t ride up. Perfect for the gym under bike shorts.

These are terrible, they are completely visible under light coloured tights. The "camel proof" area is like a pad and doesn't go the full width of the gusset so easily moves and just looks terrible. I was so excited for these but they just aren't it.

I’m so ready to throw my old undies away and replace them all with fredgies! If you are debating on this purchase please give it a try, genuinely the comfiest pair of undies I’ve tried!

I absolutely love their underwear and the sizing is true to size really good quality and seamless in my activewear. I’ve since tried another brand and they don’t even come close to how comfortable these are.

Absolutely terrible. They literally caused a camel toe in a pair of workout pants with no front seam. Disappointed is an understatement.

Seriously a game changer. I got their ultra lite thong to wear under my leotard because it said it is invisible. It is true, I couldn’t see them at all and I like that it is a bit absorbent

Customer service is EXCELLENT and owner is very responsive however these are not a good fit for me. Im a size 10 and the small was very big for me. They are very high cut. The gusset was too narrow. For me to have any snug control/coverage at the front, I needed to pull them down lower at the front and then the back had about 2 inches of extra material. They might work better on someone with a longer torso perhaps? The material is lovely and soft.
