A large online order
It was simple to select and submit an order online. Ellie of Freeman & Harding has even taken the trouble to check that I have ordered the correct number of lids for 528 jars. It was intentional but was nice to know that they have double checked with me before dispatch. The order arrived quickly and without breakage. I am very happy with the efficient service received.

A great customer experience
You only know how good a company is when you need to use the after sale service. For the first time one of the boxes was delivered with a few breakages, F&H had resolved the issue within one hour of me reporting it to them. Good customer service will ensure my continued custom.

I’ve always brought honey jars from them, sadly my last order was damaged in transit, a quick friendly call and more were sent, sadly suffering from damage again!
Another call and the replacement jars arrived safe and sound with no hassle.
