I looked on line for anew swimsuit as my old one is worn out. I hadn’t used Freemans before but they had a good range at a good price so I ordered two. They arrived incredibly quickly and are of very pleasing quality. The only tip I’d give is to really size up: I’m an 18 but ordered a 24 as swimsuits are always snug - they fit perfectly.

Quick to order & prompt delivery, all very straightforward

I placed an order on 17th Feb which was advertised as next day delivery . The parcel finally arrived 13th March - not good at all, when I checked the tracking on a number of occasions it said it was still at the Evri depot

Never had a problem with Freemans, I always order two sizes to see which one will fit though but I find that in other companies too sizes are very erratic.
Never had a problem returning items so overall pleased with Freeman’s.

The product was good very fast delivery although I nearly didn't get the parcel. The delivery man left the wrong parcel but luckily I managed to chase after him and swap for the correct one. He'd already driven past the property of the first one he left me. Many in our village have never found parcels that have supposed to have been delivered by Evri couriers.

I purchased item for a weekend away. It wasn’t delivered ‘next day’ - as sent via Evri - so Freemans apologised & immediately refunded the ‘next day delivery’ fee (brilliant). But, sadly, the item arrived too late & I didn’t like the fit … so I’ll be returning the item. Too early to know how they’ll manage the refund of the balance paid.

I have never had a problem with Freeman's - their customer service is spot on!
The products are always good value and the offers are usually too good to miss.
Note to Freeman's.....I enter the competitions and never win.....would be nice just once! 🙂

why on earth freemans use Evri is a bewilderment to me.I would willingly pay for a better service.I love Freemans but the delivery process needs looking at pdq

Looking through my phone, saw a Freeman add and it was just what I was looking for. Applied, chose items and all delivered within a week. Excellent service even down to the delivery .

The company can improve by dealing ensuring the delivery is doing their job effectively.
On this occasion I had ordered a microwave and a kettle, I lived in a block of flats with other residents I came home to find my items in front of my door. When I check the delivery status it report left in porch. Firstly it’s not a porch, secondly I didn’t instructed anyone to leave my items as there is not a safe place to leave my items. I had a bad experience with the company as this incident had before, I reported it but no change. Disappointing and dissatisfied with the services.

Easy to buy from and delivery was incredibly fast. The order was split in 2 shipments with no warning so i was left to wander what to do about the missing items but they arrived the very next day.

Hadn't thought of Freeman's but saw a review of bedding in The Times. The product wasn't my style and a bit expensive but the King Size Duvet Set was a good price and feels lovely.

Was slightly worried about Evri as courier but they didn't disappoint.

I've marked down by 1 star because they seemed to be pushing credit options first rather than credit or debit cards
