Have been trying to get in my web site for hours very poor service
Above and Beyond
I have had a website with Freestart for almost 6 years.
I have recently had them redesign the website so I had more control and a better experience for my customers.
Rob went above and beyond, he even made me custom videos of my website so I know exactly how to add new stock, upload images of products etc...
I really appreciate the thought he put into the new design and advising ways of making everything work more cohesively and Google friendly.

I can't believe the negative reviews…
I can't believe the negative reviews recently I have been a customer of Freestart Plc for many years and when I have had problems which have been very rare I have found the tech staff have been very helpful and rapid in their response. Resetting your password is very easy and quick to resolve without contacting Freestart.
Maybe contacting the aftersales team would be better than putting negative reviews on the web.
I am sure they could resolve the problem.
Give them a chance to put things right for you.
I would recommend the services of Freestart to any business who wants a web presence and an excellent self managed website. putting you in control.

Great experience with freestart! Thankyou so much for transforming our sales. I own a arcade building business and knew we needed to venture out onto google ads but just could not get our heads it for the life of me - They don’t make it easy do they! 🤦🏼♀️
Anyway, ady at freestart was really helpful, we get sent monthly reports and honestly- it’s been the best decision for us to get in touch with them, I quite literally hadnt been able to pay myself a wage for quite a few months until freestart transformed our sales with the campaign there running for us. Can’t thank them enough! 👍

I can never get onto my website control panel without endless hassle. We apparently have to change our password every three months. However, everytime I go on it it says my login details are not accepted. I sent endless "Forgotten password" to the company and I eventually get a password reset which doesn't work. it would be a joy if I could just go on my website to alter it once without days of hassle.

This company is now in the 100 worst companies in Britain. I have reported them to watchdog as no one seems to know what they’re doing. Their reviews are diabolical when I bought my company we were with them. It only took me one month before I realised no one knows what they’re doing. I have a domain name still with them one person knows about it the other doesn’t they are good at ringing you for money that’s the only good department is there Accounts this company is taking peoples money for one percent service

Freestart. What a mess, months of chaos with emails being blocked incoming and outgoing. Disaster for my business as invoices not getting to customers and emails from my clients being bounced back. The latter has improved since I gave them a list of known clients being blocked but how many are not getting through that I don’t know about!! A new one today from a known client that has been emailing us for years was blocked and I only know because they called, and there is no solution to it!
I’ve found out today when chasing up debts that an invoice I sent to a long-term client last month didn’t get there, no bounce back or way of knowing what Freestart are letting through.
I need to find a service provider that I can transfer my domain to as my business cant stand the losses and I am now so paranoid what is being sent, but even more about what we are not receiving.

Done everything they asked for sending bounce back headers but still not resolved.
Diabolical Service
Have had no proper email service since 27th Nov and as a business this has crippled us! Constantly having to call them and still no fully functioning email!!! Been with them for many years but am now jumping ship. If I could give no stars then I would! Just noticed how they only respond to positive reviews!
Yet another day with absolutely NO emails apart from junk & not even the courtesy of a phone call!! What an absolutely joke this company are!!!

We have been with Freestart for many years
We have been with Freestart for many, many years, and up until a year ago, we though they were a good company.
Today, they have taken an unauthorised amount of money from our account, with NO communication at all from them, telling us what this charge was for.
I have also been asking them for ages now, for a breakdown of all the fees we pay them, and a schedule of when payment are due, still waiting for it....
I put a complaint in, and a ticket was raised, after an email saying my complaint had been passed to sales, nothing more, then checking on the status of the ticket, it has been closed without any communication or resolution at all.
If your a new customer, I can only go by my own experience, and I'd look for a better, more friendly and customer supportive company, this company has gone from being very good to.................
Not good if you need decent support…
Freestart redesigned my website almost a year ago offering me a package which sounded excellent. Unfortunately this has not been the case. I have to pay for my calls when requesting support (which is expensive) or email and await a reply. There seems to be a reluctance to offer any real help when I am struggling, just a few sentences which don’t necessarily solve my problem. They are very prompt when ringing me to charge for something but apart from that I am disappointed.

Went with them years ago and still taking money on my credit card years later. I asked for refund still waiting and told them it is illegal to store credit card details. Can’t even get a return call now going to take further action
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT
I think has been the worst experience of a service provider we have dealt with. They expect you to keep up with the payments while they do the very basic. We got into a year contract for SEO, social media management & blog content writing. We did not receive any blog writing for the first 3 months into the contract. Our website was linked to spam links that ended up hurting us. When they were contacted with all the issues provided by another agency, they said they were going to fix it but it will be spread out across the remainder 5 months or so of the contract, surprising!. I was told this should not even take more than a week to fix but even with that, it was never fixed and kept hammering at the fact that the other agency is only trying to get my business.
Although we were not paying much as a small business but if we were approached to increase our spend and gave reasons why, no doubt I would have considered it.
After giving more than enough notice of my intention to cancel the contract, they insisted I had to continue paying until the end of the contract even when we have had so many issues with the services they were suppose to provide and did not. Now, they are taking us to court after we stopped making payment. I would love to see that judge that will see all my evidence and still make me pay just because we "signed" a contract.
A contract should be mutually beneficial to both parties. Now, I don't even sign even a 3 months contract. The most I will do is 1 month rolling so we don't end up tied up with jokers like this.
I will say the only person that knows what he is doing in that company is Rob. Please pass my "thank you" to Rob. I don't blame him for not responding to my emails. I even gave them more business and was willing to give more but I had to think twice after considering paid PPC. I quickly cancelled!

They were really good. They got me up the google rankings and gave me regular updates.really worth the money.

We aren’t the best with technology and digital marketing and despite getting a number of approaches when Mike rang about our SEO but also explain with had issues with the website we were sceptical but having explained it thorough and in a way we understood we decided to move over to Freestart for SEO and Web hosting. We now have a secure website that loads significantly faster than before for more or less the same cost as before but not only that we are now have an SEO campaign that is working on improving our online rankings. These guys are proactive and honest we couldn’t recommend them enough
Rip off
I cancelled my contract after appalling service.I rang to ask for my Domain Code so I could pass it to my new supplier .And yes you've guest it they charged me ! £25
What a joke and rip off. Beware folks if you use this company only interested in making money

I don't understand SEO and Google Ad's as well as I should, Michael, Chande and Cameron take all the pressure away from me ad make it look simple at the same time as getting us amazing results. I would highly recommend the team.
