I recently purchased a car from this…
I recently purchased a car from this organisation. Within a week things started to go wrong when I was advised there were no advisories on this vehicle. I was fobbed off by Freeway, that it was a minor repair and that I should attend to it myself. Which I did but it did not resolve the problem. Going forward, the car now cannot be used as an independent garage has given me PAGES of things that are wrong with the car and advised that the car should NOT be driven. Got hold of Freeway to be told that they cannot help and that I should have taken out an extended warranty WHEN I was told by the broker that the car is clean and under warranty for 3 months. To add insult to injury, I was told today that the car needs to be brought to them in Rainham, from where it was purchased. How? The car is leaking oil and we were told NOT to drive it or it will blow the engine. So we were sold a vehicle that started giving issues within one week??? Taking this further
