GREAT and I mean GREAT communication!! I bought my Derya DY9 Island through them and will continue to send people to frisco guns. Any of my future purchases will definitely be coming back to frisco. I will admit the cash app pay made me feel a little sketch at first. But they delivered on promises and the gun arrived very quickly. They respond quickly to emails and don’t play games with you I truly appreciate it. If you have any doubt just look at the other reviews these are great people. Shout out to Mark and Jen with the customer service.

Called the business for an inquiry and they insisted on text instead. I asked them to verify if the specific S&W revolver I was about to order was a no-lock version and they sent me a copy-pasted AI slop answer on the model in general that turned out to be completely false.

Be wary of any information you receive from them, if you intend on still doing business here.

First, I ordered ammo here because lowest rate.
Second, I liked here because they were pretty friendly as I received surprising thank you email.
Third, I may come back for refills.

I highly recommend Frisco guns for your online purchase option.
I am old school, I like to be able to see, touch, and hold any item that I purchase. But that being said, I never purchased a firearm online before!
Due to the fact that my local business could not get what I wanted, I was on a “Wish list” for 2 1/2 months and lost patients.
So I went to gun broker And found what I was looking for, Frisco guns had it!
I think I got their phone number and called them, the owner of the establishment stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes! That, is unheard of.

Tough start as the laser sight I was sent was defective from the manufacture. They had no issue with a return , straight forward to do. They had to order a replacement and I asked if they could check to see if it functions. Jennifer actually called me to see if she was testing it properly and checked with a coworker. They made sure it was and even sent me a video of it working. Can’t ask for more than that kind of effort.

I worked with Mark and Jen of the Frisco Guns team when I had questions about an order I placed. They were not only extremely quick to respond, but the answers were straight forward and helpful. They even anticipated questions I might ask and gave me additional detail that helped me without multiple interactions. Internet firearms purchasing can be hit or miss with some really shady businesses but Frisco Guns hit a home run with me and for that I will always be grateful.
