The rug is exactly as described & good…
The rug is exactly as described & good quality. It arrived in good condition, not curled up or distorted. The delivery arrived comfortably in the delivery window & the driver warned me the parcel was heavy (I'm a bit old).

Excellent quality
Easy to use website. Excellent quality at very reasonable prices especially when they have a sale. Had a previous rug from this company, had over 12 years still in very good condition, but wanted a change.

Excellent customer service. Ordered 2 rugs for same room, got a call to let me know the colour match was not perfect. Went ahead with the order, kept in touch with the delivery schedule and arrived on time. Can’t tell the difference. Absolutely superb.
