COMPLETE FAMILIARITY OF REP! Often with a customer service line, the Rep s are not as familiar with the system as they should be--but at Frontpoint this has never been the case.

They trick you into a 3-year agreement (read the small print). Then when you do cancel you have to pay for 30 days more plus an early termination fee.

I cancelled service several months ago and keep getting messages from frontpoint trying to charge me as if the account was still active. These people are scammers. Stay away from them
Frontpoint has been amazing! We have used them as our security system for going on five years now and we have had a wonderful experience. Anytime that we have had to call them for Technical Support, their support team has been very knowledgeable and assisted with the implementation of the system.

A few months ago, we purchased and installed our doorbell camera. We had no problems installing it or getting it to work. Customer Service has always been very helpful and patient. I had one agent talk me through changing the battery on one of our motion sensors which took quite awhile because it was very difficult to get the cover off. Very satisfied with our products and service!

The rep we worked with had patience and knowledge. I’m not 200% sure if the date we installed the new camera. I guessed at it being 9/2 but I am not sure.

We recently installed a set of Frontpoint Security cameras. The set up was very easy. One door sensor was an issue, and customer service handled the situation perfectly!!

Functionally very rich system with ability to optimize system coverage based on the physical layout and operational preferences for situational needs (i.e. A temporary code for a neighbor to occasionally checking in; or add new hardware). Customer support is very solid with excellent assistance and follow up -- chat is very helpful and timely for support or use questions.
