COMPLETE FAMILIARITY OF REP! Often with a customer service line, the Rep s are not as familiar with the system as they should be--but at Frontpoint this has never been the case.

I was able to contact customer service for a billing issue within 5 minutes and he resolved the problem during the call.

The customer service is always top-notch. I've had some issues with equipment causing false alarms, but they've always helped me get things rectified. The setup and ease of use of the system are both a huge selling point.

I got through to a customer service rep at 6:30am to resolve an issue I was having with a motion detector. I was impressed how quickly I got through and with the level of detail and friendliness with which he helped me.
It was a rather complex issue so I was very glad for the excellent level of support.

Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.

The technical support was great. I received a defective doorbell camera and the support staff diagnosed the issue and quickly shipped a replacement.

Frontpoint is very good with replacing any equipment. To cancel alarms can be a bit cumbersome going through the many prompts when time is important to cancel emergency crews coming.

We have been with Frontpoint Security for more years than I can remember. We have gone through so many updates with equipment and software. There is not a time when we can not have our questions answered and problems solved. Our last conversation was about our contract. We were able to save $10.00 a month by renewing our contract for three years. A no brainer plus we were able to receive some new equipment.
