Really unfortunate experience. The names generated looked like they were slapped together in 15 minutes without much thought put behind them. When I expressed my concerns they basically responded by saying "tough luck" and that was it.

That's the name of our new company! Derived from the Winkle, one of the slowest animals on earth (and will probably be our logo). The word "slow" fits our company since it's all about quality. We're wine makers; boutique, slow, low quantity but high-quality! Also the Winkle is a delicacy, like our wines! Perfect right.

Update: I have complained about the issue with low quality result, and received a quick response and received a list of more relevant business names that seems to be really handcrafted. I'm satisfied with the final result, however, I preferred if there was a better satisfaction guarantee or a more involved process from their side.

I asked for 7 names for amartial arts school and i recieved a list of 7 random names which had nothing to do with my ideas or business. Most of the names you can not even use for a martial arts school. Example: "Art of Mars" are we a roman greek wrestling school?
"Kickstarter" are you serious?
"Wise Warrior" are we a mental service?
"Master of the mind – Martial arts is largely about mastering the mind and working through the mind. It makes reference to mindset." sure why not master of art because martial art is also an art..

I believe they just have a big list of names and they choose qick a few names which have something to do with the subject. Every google search could give me better results..

My Creditcard Company gave me the Money back because Frozen Lemons not fullfilled the contract.

I received the brand names which were creative, accurate, and reflecting of my brand image, totally recommended.

As small areas of improvement: I would encourage them to communicate their thoughts to the customers, ask further questions to get 100% accuracy in their brief before sending the final names. Other than that, they are perfect.

I contacted Frozen Lemons to help with naming my new company. I had a few descriptive words and info about the company. I got a reply in 2 days and the names they picked were great! There were certainly enough options to choose from. I would recommend this company. For me they did a great job!

This is one of the biggest scams ever. Do not use this service. The website looks nice & it has some reviews but what i got was rubbish. I sent a very detailed description of my company & also 2 names that i really like (yet, was hoping professionals would do better). I got rubbish, very unappealing names that are complicated and in the middle, a few irrelevant names that could simply be sent to any customer & have no relevance to my business. When i provided feedback - it was ignored & i never got a reply. I only got the four additional names i had bought & nothing to answer my questions or frustrations. Seriously wasted money.

Frozen Lemons delivers what they promise, a set of beautiful name ideas for your new business. Naming can be hard since it’s also a matter of personal taste. I had friends helping me out coming up with all kinds of names but nothing really felt right. Then I decided to give Frozen Lemons a try, it seemed to be worth a shot. The website looks trustworthy and the prices are very reasonable, especially if I would end up with a great name. After explaining my (healthy ice cream served in a box) business I was excited to receive the results. The same day in the evening I received an email stating my name ideas are finished... yes! The majority of the names were great! These were exactly the type of names I tried to come up with (but failed). To share a couple of the results: Zencream, Lusty glacier, Cool bites, H2O Box. Crystal cubes, Flaky goodness.

In my opinion Frozen Lemons offers a great service, I can understand that if none of the names appeal to you it’s a bit of a pitty but that was definitely not the case for me! I loved most of the names, they all suited my business and had good branding potential. I would recommend this service!
