Unfortunately this company did not come up with any unique or interesting names for me. I spent a lot of time creating a brief but they could not deliver. Not quite a scam, but after seeing their process I would not build a business on a name provided by them.

I am speechless. Me and my wife have been working on naming our company/brand for the last 4 weeks, this company got back to me within 24hrs with a list of 20 very creative/unique names. I don't know why there are people on here saying this is a scam. Maybe they just didn't like the names they generated.

I happened upon this company through a random Google search when I was feeling really stuck. I contacted them and 48 hours later my business was named! Easy, clear process. None of the first 20 names suggested was names that we could use. After a review with 8 new names with more specified requirements we god names that we can work on.

Posting again because Frozen Lemons flagged my review for removal. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life. Believe the negative reviews here as there is a reason there is a similar pattern. I paid for their Gold service package submitted the details regarding the nature of my business (detailed description, etc.) which apparently they do not read. The names I got were TERRIBLE. I mean absolutely awful, not even close to useable. I have to believe the positive reviews are fake, not because using a branding company is going to be 100% all the time, but because the names were so far from thoughtful I'm almost certain its just a computer/ai generated list with some keywords they input. I complained, they said they would refund my money and have not done so. This was in August of 2021. It now Jan 2022 and no resolution. Stay far away from this terrible company.
