Great company service and feedback
The meals are all microwave in 3 mins 30 secs - which is good for speed.
The company called to ensure that I was satisfied with the food quality and took my comments on board so they are proactive and helpful to make their product the best possible, which I found very impressive.
Some of the dishes were absolutely delicious. Worth trying various dishes on the menus to see which ones you like over time. A few more options would help which hopefully will be added over time.
The chocolate brownies are superb. Highly recommend those!

Did not like the food
plenty of protein unlike other food prep brands, but most of the meals were not nice and seemed like lazy prep.
Not very tasty and was pretty dissapointed!
I doubt any chef was involved and i would be extremely unhappy if any restaurant served me those meals.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Steven. We’re pleased to hear that you found the protein content of our meals to be a positive, although we’re sorry that the majority of the dishes didn’t meet your expectations.
We understand that taste is subjective, but we also take your comments about flavour, preparation and overall meal quality seriously. We do have a dedicated team of chefs who work hard to develop and refine our recipes, flavours and meal combinations, with the aim of creating meals that are both nutritious and genuinely enjoyable.
We’d actually love to invite you down to our facility for a full tour and to meet the team behind the meals. We think it would give you a much better insight into how our food is developed, prepared and produced, and we’d welcome the opportunity to hear more about your experience directly. We'd also love for you to meet the team of chefs that produce all of our meals.
A member of our team has also tried to reach out to you privately, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to get in touch. Meals are so yummy. I’ve tried a few of these but honestly this is so much more premium and tasty than the others. They also don’t do halal meat as the standard/non-optional which is a real plus point for me. Customer service is so good and quick. Deployment Game Changer! Healthy body, healthy mind
I tried FuelHub meals for the first time - I work in Gaza and froze 10 of the high protein ones and took them out for my month on duty and they were a game changer for me! After a hard day at work I could come to my accommodation and enjoy a well balanced, tasty meal with 10 varieties making dinner time something to look forward to and zero stress to prep. It also keeps me healthy to do some training to pass time and I know the macros are all well thought out with lots of protein. This is now my go to for my deployment packing list! Frozen for travel! They made it all the way on a flight, then into a hotel freezer, then a 12 hrs bus, and not one split, spill or spoil! Thanks fuel hub, can’t wait to order my next batch!

Great ingredients, presentation and taste
I was skeptical having tried some of the others, Thrive, Chefly etc where the quality was pretty terrible (aeroplane food at best, inedible at worst). I’m fussy but the protein quality and overall ingredients are top notch. Actually tastes fresh rather than a microwave meal. The extra cost is worth the massive increase in ingredient quality and taste. A life saver for good macro balanced lunches at work.

First off l want to say how good the food was. I brought 14 meals and each one was very tasty and well put together.
The delivery turned up on the day that was stated and was very well boxed with a lot of ice packs etc
I live a very busy life and all kept eating was sandwiches or toast. Quick and easy food but way too much bread and not healthy food at all.
But now I’m eating very healthy food and it’s as quick to microwave as making a sandwich or toast. So hence to say l will be putting in my second order with FuelHub today.

The BEST meal prep
Very, very impressed with Fuel Hub from the start! The meal choices are brilliant — they genuinely feel like you’re having a cheat meal, just with health and nutrition in mind.
My order arrived really nicely packaged and everything was obviously freshly prepared. The portion sizes are perfect, the flavours are amazing, and the biggest thing for me is that the food actually tastes homemade. I’ve tried other meal prep companies where the meals can taste quite processed, but these are completely different.
I honestly can’t see myself choosing another meal prep company now!
The customer service has also been amazing. I’ve emailed twice on a Sunday, fully expecting to wait a couple of days for a response, and both times they replied within half an hour. That level of service alongside genuinely great food has really impressed me.
Couldn’t recommend Fuel Hub enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
