I would not take a loan from this business. They sent a lein to my merchant after I paid them in full and my money has been on hold. I have asked them numerous times to send the release form to the actual merchant and they have refused. This company is a scam and extremlely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would . I will also be filing a complanit with the BBB.

This company does not care about small business in America. They claim to be some sort of help but it’s a contract that will ruin your business. They say you can borrow more later and this and that, they’ll say whatever they need to say so they can get you to sign, do not sign! Stay away from them you will thank me later.

I regret doing business with this company. I should’ve looked at the reviews prior to doing business with them. They’re absolutely incompetent and they are the worst humanity has to offer. They absolutely don’t care. They engage in illegal , predatory, and fraudulent practices. that’s why soon there will be investigated by the Attorney General‘s office in Pennsylvania for all their illegal practices. Shame on you for not working with small businesses and rooting for their failure instead of rooting for the success. Shame on you for being so obnoxious and refusing to help.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is all set up to screw you out of money. Ridiculous rates, and a judge that's in their pocket when you go to mediation(They call it arbitration) WHAT A JOKE

To start out this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I tried to pay my bill off early and there is now way of getting a hold of them. I tried calling.. no answer I tried emailing.. no answer. Do they just ignore their customers? Apparently. Anyways this company sucks. Don’t use them!

I would never use funding metrics/lendini for a lending product.
I paid off my debt with Funding Metrics early, and they never marked my account as fully paid off. It sat with a small balance ~300 which ended up leading to me not receive funding from other companies because it showed I had an outstanding debt obligation.
I was also told their policy is to not send a 0 balance (paid in full statement) at the time of completion. And instead we are supposed to reach out to them to request this.
The outstanding balance sat for almost a year stating I still owed them ~300.

Don’t even think do business with this bank, they will screw you back and forth.
BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
