Poorly trained solicitors who are out of their depth with anything other than standard situations. Their complaints representative is shockingly rude and dismissive. They drag everything and I mean everything out as they can never loose. Money grabbing is their key objective it is so shocking to see. They’ll try and drag in barristers because they have no court experience and it shields them from their lies and incompetence leading up to court cases.
Avoid, really. Although it’s hard to say who would have more integrity in a corrupt sector. Don’t assume solicitors alphabet morals they don’t.

Darren and Skye looked after us during for the purchase of our new home. They were approachable, efficient, friendly and very professional in getting the legal side sorted. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or Furley Page for any legal requirements we might have in the future.

Absolutely shocking practice by this firm, dealing with capacity issues and elderly people who have dementia. They fast tracked everything to ensure that they secured a role and fees for themselves, taking money that should be used to secure someone’s future care, in their final years.

We recently used Furley Page to sell a business in Kent. They were fantastic. Very responsive, extremely professional and provided clear, practical advice. They may not be the cheapest in the area but they are worth it. We used Tony Chester and Will King at the Chatham office.

Unprofessional and Aggressive
A very poor experience but fortunately a brief one. There are better companies out there who are responsive, professional and operate with the client front of mind.

Poor Service - Failed to answer questions and enquiries in a timely manner. Generally unhelpful.

Very distressing experience, at a time when I was under immense stress. If you are offered a trainee solicitor, say no. Everything will take longer and you will be charged for the trainee's time (£192 per hour) plus the supervisor's time (up to £390 per hour) to check their work, even if you only want a few words changed in a letter. They charge for everything: letters and emails before you have had chance to sign their terms of business; amendments to letters where your instructions have not been understood; clarification of information they have provided that is ambiguous; unnecessary emails and phone calls; administrative tasks; emails to tell you how much you are being charged; reviewing work they have already charged for; internal communication. In my experience, billable hours are more important to this firm than a high standard of client care.
