Shady lady
I was kept informed from purchasing to delivery and given the option of returning my money as the item was out of stock. I decided to wait for my item and was so pleased that I did as the lady statue is lovely and I’ve had nice comments from friends, I certainly would buy from this company again.

Lovely dining chairs
The couple of dining chairs which I ordered arrived quickly and I was kept informed throughout their journey They are lovely, good quality chairs ,just as described ,however the box in which they arrived was flimsy and battered .Luckily the chairs were individually wrapped and not damaged.Was so relieved that I loved the chairs because I would of dreaded having to send them back knowing the very high price for a return .

The coffee table is alright.
The coffee table arrived quickly and was the one I ordered. I bought it at a reduced price and I am generally pleased with it, but I think it had been used for display and I wasn’t warned about that. The reason I believe this is the case is because it had been built and taken apart before I got it and the paint is chipped in a couple of places.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with your table and chairs.
After carefully evaluating your order, we would like to clarify a few points: the issues were reported more than 2 months after delivery, and the concerns raised as manufacturing defects are not confirmed as such. Regarding the table, as explained multiple times over email, it has a double plastic film covering that needs to be removed to reveal the chrome finish. The items were delivered exactly as displayed on our website, and we cannot be held responsible if they do not match your other furniture or home décor.
We would also like to clarify that the chairs and bench have no reported issues, and any return request appears to be due to them not matching your current furniture or décor.
However, we request that you contact our after-sales team for further resolution. They will be happy to assist you and work towards a solution in line with our terms and conditions.
