I was anxious about buying a sofa i hadn't sat on.. but delivery was super fast (3 days) and I was on a deadline... so I took a chance. I have to say.. the whole purchase was a delight.. exceptional customer service. Exceptional delivery & the sofa is perfect! All for a fraction of what dfs was looking for a similar sofa & no 16 wk waiting time. Will definitely have the furniture store as my go to for future home needs! Absolutely brilliant service. Very happy customer 😀

After having done a lot of research etc on this type of pergola we decided to go and have a look at what The Furniture Store NI had to offer. The choice was amazing & hard to choose from because there was so much choice on display. Sinead was amazing to deal with and we never felt under any pressure at all! Sinead was also brilliant with measurements & information on how to get our new Padio ready for the pergola. It took two men to fit who were also brilliant at constructing the pergola. Very friendly and professional and had it fitted in 2 hours! Our experience can only be described as ‘ excellent’ :)
