Fantastic customer service today by two very caring gentlemen who delivered a suite to my niece who has learning disabilities, she said they were both very courteous and showed her how to work her electric recliner.
They kept her updated every way towards delivery & arrived on time .

Furniture Village had an excellent range and quality of dining tables. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and patient. In particular, Jason Mirfin at the Stanley Green Retail Park, Cheadle was absolutely excellent and made our shopping experience and absolute delight.

Good selection of settees, Jason was excellent, very attentive and helpful. Delivery was also good. Would highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic customer service and care today from Mahmud, he took us through the whole process of purchasing a new sofa and bed with absolute care and attention to what myself and my partner were looking for. Mahmud is definitely a credit to your business and certainly has the customers needs at the forefront of his mind.

Well it's the 2nd time iv contacted re the same issue. Hopefully this time it will be sorted.

The sales person was very approachable and not too pushy, he gave us space . Plus it was a fair deal. The only thing is I wish he had taken more time on the contractual matters, and made it clear the Terms and Conditions would be on the electronic copy sent by email.
I was able to phone up a day ort so later and amend the order

Our two halves of our Wren settee were not aligned correctly when installed on Wednesday 11th and after reporting this we still have not heard anything

Delivery was smooth..furniture lovely. Only down sofas where reduced before Delivery but web site said they wouldnt apply the price matching promise rectospectively so cost me a couple of hundred more ...but still happy with purchased

The sales consultant Fiona, was extremely helpful and informative. We were given product information and then she left us, giving us time to discuss things privately. There was no pressurised hard sell.
We would definitely use furniture village again.

We visited on 22 Feb 26 - initially to check out a range of furniture shown on the web site. Although the furniture was not on display - sale associate Andy went to great efforts to find the staff who were most familiar with the furniture and answer our questions. Andy carefully listened to our requirements and helped us with a number of additional pieces of furniture that perfectly fit our needs. There was no hard sell, simply a willingness to understand what we were looking for and to suggest the best options.
The paperwork and order process was simple and painless.

Ordering and delivery went to plan and after speaking with Hassaanah in post customer care i have sent pictures and video of some minor tweaks required…
So far experience has been excellent from Fiona in sales and Hassaanah

We found the shop comfortable and overall a great shopping experience.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We weren't rushed at any point. We bought 2 sofas here a year ago and the reasons above were why we returned. There was no pushy sales talk, and a very nice coffee each. Thank you, Jason.
