Fabulous place...Jason was amazing! Not pushy just genuinely helpful in every way. Polite, friendly, amusing and very informative. Got a great deal on my purchase, he even made me a cup of coffee!

There was no pressure, the assistants were well informed on their products and made it an enjoyable experience.

I met Phil Dawes yesterday as i was looking for a new dining table. I had various criteria and he was patient as we discussed the options. I needed to check some measurements. I returned today and Phil was very helpful and carried a small side table next to the dining table to check suitabilty. He was polite and helpful.

Order confirmation stated wrong colour. Cannot get any response from Furniture Village to put this right

Had great service when we arrived offered drinks and cookies before walking round by a person called Billy put no pressure on selling but allowed us time to think what was best to us but offered lots of knowledge in enabling us to make a decision as well as a discount at the end which was the final thing that secured us to purchase not only one 3 seater but 2 as well as rug and 2 tables

Excellent customer service, Phil at hull is a credit to you along with Jason and then other staff we have met! Super kind , caring and went above and beyond with my children in tow. Thankyou

I knew what I wanted as Furniture Village have a very good Web site. I explained to the member of staff what I had seen on the Web site , he took me straight to the settees and chair I wanted and I bought it. May I add the member of staff couldn't have more pleasant or helpful.

The delivery guys -Nigel and Lee were excellent, friendly and professional.
They arrived, were respectful of property, took shoes off on entering the house and were efficient in delivering and assembling our new sofas.
Everything was tested before leaving and I was shown how to use the various buttons / what each button was for.
On leaving I was informed that if we had any problems then to contact the branch we purchased the suite from.
Emma at the Hull store did a great job too in selling us the sofas and taking and dealing with our numerous calls during our waiting time between the sofas being ordered and being delivered.
Furniture Village kept us updated via e-mail during our waiting period.
In the whole a very positive experience

Excellent spacious showroom with a very good range in stock, Service and quality were first class and we are very happy with the sofa that we bought. This was our second visit to the store having bought a couple of kitchen stools the week before.

Simon was very helpful while I was shopping for the right sofa. All my question were answered and I left after finding the sofa and happy with my experience

The lady Gemma was absolutely lovely very helpful not pushing us at all purchase but was very happy to help we did purchase so hopefully we are happy with our choice
