I returned to Furniture Village on the back of a fantastic shopping experience, I bought dining table and chairs, two beds, 2 x 3 seaters a two seater and not only was the service in store fantastic but the delivery man were considerate and extremely efficient. I went in today and purchased another sofa, Abdul was the salesman and he was brilliant. Just starting from the kind friendly welcoming face to going the extra mile to secure an early delivery for me. I could see that he was really trying hard to please me and I really appreciated it. I cannot recommend Furniture Village enough, the quality of the Furniture doesn’t even come into question, but it is all about the purchasing experience which I cannot fault.

We went to Fosse Park shop. Mo explained about the different types of mattress and helped us choose the right one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I'd recommend Furniture Village on the experience I received on Monday.

We initdially gave a five star review which was justified. But I've now gave three stars from our latest visit because neither the showroom or ourselves can get through to customer services due to long ques of sometimes with 17th in line or even worse 29th in qué.
Please furniture village sort your customer service dept out, it takes too long to get through,in fact I still can't get through after 2 days of trying.totally unacceptable,sorry.

I found the whole experience a very pleasant occasion. Paddy was very helpful without being pushy and gave me plenty of time to look around and make decisions. I felt comfortable about the decision to make a purchase, although it was an alarmingly big one for me. Next day I had decided to change the fabric colour, which he did, and made a very simple task of this request.

I will recommend Furniture Village to my friens.

We recently bought our sofas from Furniture Village and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Paddy and Ash were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made the entire process so enjoyable and stress-free.

They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. They spent a lot of time with us, never once making us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. We were given plenty of time to look around, try different sofas, discuss our options and make sure we were choosing the right ones for us. They answered all of our questions patiently and honestly, making sure we had all the information we needed before deciding.

What really stood out was their genuine, no-pressure approach. There was absolutely none of the pushy sales tactics you sometimes experience when shopping for furniture. Instead, Paddy and Ash went out of their way to help us, offered honest advice and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. It was clear that they genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase rather than simply make a sale, which made such a refreshing difference!

We felt listened to, valued and well looked after the entire time. Their knowledge, patience and attention to detail were brilliant, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Buying sofas is a big decision, and they made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed and enjoyable.

I came in with my friend looking for wardrobes and was greeted my Ash who was friendly, welcoming and very helpful! He wasn’t pushy or sales driven he really was just there to help us. We went away to think about it and came back to see Ash again, he welcomed us again and offered us refreshments and cookies (very nice fresh warm cookies!) - His manager Tony helped us with the final decisions and we left very happy and satisfied. Thanks to Ash, he is a credit to your store! We will be returning in the future!

Ash and Tony have been amazing ! They were so patient with me going through every single wadrobe and 3 million combinations 😂 amazing friendly service and the fresh cookies just toped it off and sealed the deal.
