Really lovely experience at Furniture Village today. Cathy was so friendly, helpful and made choosing our new sofa and table really easy. She was a pleasure to deal with and made our visit really enjoyable. Thank you

We went to Furniture Village, Manchester this morning and was dealt with by a member of staff called Shan.
OMG what a breath of fresh air he is.
Soooooooo helpful and friend and very informative.
We cannot thank him enough for all his help and advice.
He's an absolute credit to the company.
If you're looking for a new sofa ask for Shan!!!!!

Helpful and accommodating staff, wide selection

Only issue was the repeating advertisements that could be heard from the other side of the shop

It was wounderful experince with first erver purchase at Furniture Village, specifically the retailer Kam delt with love, care and provided me very comfortable platforum to expetince sleep try prior to buy bed.
I haven’t got my order yet but amazing store and staff.
Highly recommended Furniture Village for lovely and stylish interior.

I bought two chairs and paid in full. I had to wait 6 weeks for them to be available then had to make an hour round trip to collect them, or pay £35 for delivery in 6 weeks. If I'd have been told this at the time I would have looked else where.

Extremely happy with the overall experience at Furniture Village, staff and service is excellent - particularly Dave who dealt with our purchase. His approach was spot on and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We must also add that it is refreshing to know that it Furniture Village is a family run British business who take pride in selling quality stylish products.

Compared with the other furniture shops on the White City Retail park this is head and shoulders above them all. Clean, bright, inviting, well layed out. All staff are super friendly and you can tell they all get on and support each other. Manager Sal is fantastic and really welcoming.
Great pricing - genuine sales and prices that do end unlike some other retailers.
Special mention to Kam who was so nice when processing our sale, explained everything really well, asked questions and offered relevant add-on products and services without being pushy as you tend to find in similar shops and enjoyed getting to know her. (Hope we didn't spoil "Suits" for you!).
To top it off free coffee and cookies.

Bought the most expensive 2 seater and 3seater leather power recliner sofas. The ones shown in store looked very good with firm padding in arms, seats and backs. However, the ones delivered show uneven and lack of padding in several places. Asked for a refund and return of goods within 30 days of purchase exercising my section 20 consumer rights act 2015. No resolution so far.

Kam was absolutely amazing today - spent so much time helping me pick different options and would definitely go back again for more advice from here.

We went into the White City store and were just browsing. Casually David Faulkner came over not crowding us or overselling. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. He enabled us to decide what we felt was the best option for us.
We didn't purchase on the first day dueto time, but, went back the next day, sought out David and secured the purchase of a dining table and chairs with him.
We can only say that David made it a very easy and pleasant experience for us without using any hard sell tactics.
We would definitely use the store again and David's exemplary salesperson skills.
