Fiona was excellent at Furniture village, Peterborough. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. The biggest thing for me was, we were not pounced on as soon as we walked through the door, we visited 6 well known sofa shops that morning and that was the case in every one except furniture village. Five star! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great sofa at great price. Excellent service from Fiona Jay at the Peterborough store. Happy to chat through all the options and not pushy at all. So impressed that afer visting many other local furniture stores came back to Furniture Village to place my order.

There was a great range of dining tables and furniture to choose from with some great designs. We were approached by a Sales Consultant, Fiona, who listened to what we wanted and showed us various ranges and explained the options. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Highly recommend.

We found Annie who looked after us very helpful and patient (especially that I am slightly deaf!).. She explained everything in Layman's.. Annie was expertly trained in dealing with us as we had a lot of questions to ask..Her patience was amazing!.. Annie is a credit to your company!!.. Very impressive!..👏👍

I went in to the store with a friend and there were several members of staff around but I just wanted to look around at first. After 5 minutes a member of staff, Matt, greeted us and asked if I needed help, which I did! He was super helpful to try to get me exactly what I wanted - and he did just that. We were given coffee and freshly baked cookies too! It took about an hour for me to decide on the exact furniture but Matt was great. Not 'pushy' (which always puts me off!) but friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable.
I came away with exactly what I had hoped for, and it was a great experience all round.

Beware, the sales guys at Peterborough were great.... but the rest of the process is poor. We had a chair get delivered, the delivery guys did a shocking job setting up and broke the chair. They temporarlily fixed it and made it look ok, wasnt until after they left the damage was apparent. Rang the customer service team on the 09/02 and sent email with pictures as directed same day. No response for a week, sent another email, no response, three weeks later have rung them back and was told 'oh the lady responsible is off so that's why no one has responded'. The email was to a shared inbox so why didn't the manager of the person pick it up? Really poor experience, no compensation offered as was told that's not their policy, have said a repairer will be in touch at some point - not told when.... and have asked to speak to a manager and was also told i couldn't be put through to one but that one would call me at some point... again not told when. Cowboy customer service team.... BEWARE

We were to the show room to find a sofa after visiting many other sofas stores, and we decided to buy from Furniture Village because of the great customer service and quality of the items. Also we are happy with the delivery as well . Professional deliveries service, respect the property, they assemble our sofa with care and professionalism. Highly recommended !

The lady who sold us our dining chairs was really friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Found the experience of buying from furniture village easy and enjoyable. Would recommend.

Very efficient and did not pressure us.

I recently purchased a sofa and had an issue later with the price which grieved me so I gave a poor review

To the credit of the company which I was not expecting I received a call from customer service.
It turned out I got most of my facts wrong but I was informed that I was entitled to a small adjustment in my favour through no fault of the original purchase.

This was passed to the store manager who quickly rang me which resulted in a satisfactory outcome and I deleted that review and apologised for my misunderstanding.

Big companies have big turnovers and obviously things can go wrong anywhere along the process.

I have nothing but praise with the Customer Service and my local branch and was left with the impression that this company cares.
The lesson I learnt is not to put a bad review if you have an issue before you have spoken to the right person.

They are looking and listening

The sales person, Fiona, wasn't pushy when assisting us with our choices, and the suggestions she made were all valid and useful. In comparison to previous experiences with other retailers she was a "breath of fresh air". We ended up buying everything we wanted from the one outlet at what we considered a very good price.

We were greeted with a smile and a hello and left to have a wander round. We knew what we wanted to try and were soon pointed in the right direction by Graham. He was a really nice, friendly guy and knew his stuff for sure.
We went away to have a measure up and returned to order. We were glad to see Graham to assist with our final choices and finalise everything. Very happy with our choice. Great service, definitely not pushy, knowledgeable and efficient. Love that it’s a family company oh and great coffee and cookie! Look forward to the delivery now. Thank you Graham and Furniture Village.
