Visiting the shop to purchase a suite... the first sales person told us that the sofas we wanted were not available in the configuration we wanted.
Fortunately another rep approached just as we were leaving and told us differently. He was super helpful and we purchased
Delivery & install was perfect - Kyle & Sean set the sofas up perfectly and were very knowledgeable about the units

The two delivery men were very careful in unpacking and keeping us informed of assembly. The detail was exceptional using spirit level. The only criticism was and perhaps because I was the first delivery of the day the first notice was very short. As I was not in home at the time. Well done to Geoff and Pete you are a credit to Furniture Village delivery team.

Dave and Kris were excellent. They kept us informed on delivery time and took the mattress upstairs, removed all packaging and put it carefully onto the bed frame. Very courteous and helpful.

The guys came in and assembled all the furniture in a really slick and professional way. They were careful with placement and with checking over the furniture after assembly. They tidied up after themselves and were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Kyle and Sean were friendly and professional when delivering the mattress today. They took off their shoes to enter the property and made sure I was happy with where the mattress was being left. There were a few technical issues with the mobile phone for accessing the form that needed to be completed but it was soon sorted and they were very apologetic.

We had our dining table got delivered from Furniture Village today and the overall process was excellent. Pete and Geoff are very professionals and so good at their job. The delivery and installation process was top notch and looked effortless. Would highly recommend Pete and Geoff.

I purchased the super king embrace pillow top mattress. (firm)in the sale for £1700 i was quite nervous. But omg i love the mattress, had the best nights sleep.
What really impressed me was the drivers customer service. Sancho is a credit to the company. He helped by taking the mattress up and putting it where I wanted it. Very friendly helpful and pleasant.
